    摘要: A control device includes a shot-pulse control unit that provides, at a time of starting a synchronous motor, a predetermined current to each phase of a stator of the motor for a short time; a detecting unit that detects a current flowing through each phase when the predetermined current is provided; an estimating unit that estimates a position of the rotor by comparing detected values; a voltage control unit that controls application of a voltage to the synchronous motor based on a high-pressure side pressure of the compressor when the compressor is failed to be started due to any cause; and a magnetism-resistant section having a conductive layer sandwiched by insulating layers. The magnetism-resistant section covers a portion of a substrate of the control device, and a portion at which the conductive layer is exposed is in contact with the housing or a part conducting heat to the housing.

When the temperature detected by the temperature detector 14 is a temperature Td, the current detected by the current detector 15 when the temperature detector 14 detects the temperature Td is a current Id, and a current corresponding to the temperature Td at a temperature characteristic relating to the current specific to the component is a current Ia(Td), the control portion 13 stops driving the electric motor 12 on the basis of a result of comparison between Ia(Td) and Id.

    摘要: An object is to provide an inverter module that can ensure satisfactory anti-vibration strength, moisture resistance, and isolation for each of the upper and lower boards of the inverter module and that can reduce the weight and cost, and to provide an integrated-inverter electric compressor. In an inverter module (21) in which a power system board (23) and a control board (31) are integrated via a resin case (22), the inverter module (21) is configured such that the power system board (23), on which a semiconductor switching device (24) is mounted, is provided at the lower part of the resin case (22) and the control board (31), on which a control-and-communication circuit is mounted, is provided thereabove. In the resin case (22), a thermosetting resin (36) is filled to a height position where the top surface of the power system board is covered (23), so that the power system board (23) is encapsulated in the resin, and a gel-like resin material (38) is filled from a resin-encapsulated surface (37) to a height position where a part of the control board (31) is covered.

    摘要: An integrated-inverter electric compressor whose grounding effect and grounding reliability are increased by reliably grounding an inverter device to a housing and in which the size the inverter device are reduced by simplifying the grounding structure is provided. The integrated-inverter electric compressor includes an inverter device provided in an inverter container on the outer circumference of a housing. The inverter device includes an inverter module formed by integrating a power-related metal substrate and a resin case and is provided with a control-related substrate on the upper surface of the inverter module; the resin case is integrated with mounting legs provided at a plurality of locations on the circumference; the mounting legs are grounded to the power-related metal substrate and the control-related substrate; and grounding terminals, which frame-ground the substrates to the housing, are insert-molded in such a manner that the grounding terminals are securable to the inverter container with screws.

    摘要: The present invention has an object to provide an on-vehicle air conditioner that can prevent breakage or the like caused by applying a high voltage. In an inverter system 20 that controls an operation of a motor 30 of a compressor for the on-vehicle air conditioner, a motor control microcomputer 24 operates by converting a voltage supplied from an on-vehicle battery power source 50 into a low voltage. Thus, the motor control microcomputer 24 is operated to perform failure diagnosis of a high voltage circuit Cb without a high voltage power source 40 being turned on. The failure diagnosis can be performed without power being supplied from the high voltage power source 40 to the high voltage circuit Cb, thereby preventing the high voltage circuit Cb from being broken by applying the high voltage even when there is some failure in the high voltage circuit Cb.
