摘要： The instant invention is directed to a variety of networked appliances, including equipment controlled or monitored via an Ethernet connection in industrial applications. In one example embodiment of the present invention, a networked industrial-application appliance, having a processor, includes a removable modular circuit board and a memory arrangement. The removable modular circuit board includes an identity circuit memory, an external-connection port for providing communication access between the networked industrial-application appliance processor and the identity circuit memory, and electrical conductors each of which is adapted to provide a connection with the external-connection port. The memory arrangement includes a nonvolatile memory device and is adapted to store an identity profile that is particular to the networked industrial-application appliance. The networked industrial-application appliance processor is communicatively-coupled to the identity circuit memory via the external-connection port and to the identity profile in the nonvolatile memory.

摘要： Technology is disclosed for providing contact management services. Contact information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc.) are collected from multiple, different sources (e.g., a mobile phone, a web server, a social media web site, SMS, an App, etc.) Contact information can also be entered in a free-form format and parsed into structured data that is associated with a contact card. A contact card stores the contact information and the source of the information. Contact cards can be aggregated into a merged contact card that includes information from the multiple, different sources, without loosing the original information. The merged contact card can be disaggregated into its constituent contact cards and used to create other contact cards. A user can associate one or more of their contact cards with a group. The group is optionally notified when the users changes its contact information.

The driving simulator may include a processor; a display connectable to the processor; a plurality of input devices, such as a steering wheel, a brake pedal, and an accelerator pedal, where each of the plurality of input devices is connectable to the processor; and a computer-readable medium. The computer-readable medium contains instructions for providing a plurality of simulated driving environments, allowing a user to select one of the plurality of simulated driving environments, allowing a user to provide environment settings, allowing a user to select a simulated vehicle to operate, activating hazards, generating a plurality of simulated vehicles, generating a profile for each of the plurality of simulated intelligent vehicles; randomly assigning spawn points to each of the plurality of simulated intelligent vehicles, displaying the simulated driving environment to a user and allowing the user to operate the simulated vehicle in the simulated driving environment using the plurality of input devices, recording the operation of the simulated vehicle through the simulated driving environment, and replaying the operation of the vehicle.
