    摘要: In a wireless network, for example, an LTE network, the context information relating to a mobile terminal UE is transmitted to a plurality of network nodes eNB 2, 3 and 4 from a source network node, eNB 1. One of the eNB 2 is a handover target node and also reserves resources for the UE in anticipation of receiving it after handover. The other eNBs 3 and 4 do not reserve resources. In the event of radio link failure, the UE may attach to one of the designated eNBs 3 and 4 that have not reserved resources, but that do recognize the UE because they have received its context. The method reduces the likelihood of the UE needing to go via the time consuming IDLE state while only reserving resources at a handover target eNB.

    摘要: A disc brake is arrangeable in a space that accommodates a brake caliper having an application device. The brake caliper is held slidably with guiding elements on a brake carrier, which is fastened with screws to an axle connection at the vehicle. The caliper straddles a brake disc, against which brake pads can be pressed on either side while braking. At least the brake pad on the application side is mounted movably in the direction of the brake disc in a pad shaft of the brake carrier. A device for the visual identification of the wear of a brake pad and/or brake disc is constructed so that for identifying wear, a pointer element, extending in the opposite direction to the brake disc, is connected at least at one screw.

    摘要: The invention provides a resource allocation method for a network element adapted for multimedia broadcast and synchronized services in a mobile communication system, the mobile communication system comprising a plurality of base stations synchronized for data transmission, the method comprising: inputting a set of synchronized subframe numbers per radio frame and a total number of radio frames, wherein each radio frame contains a predefined number of subframes; selecting a first value of the set of synchronized subframe numbers; first allocating the first value as a number of synchronized subframes per frame to the total number of radio frames; second allocating the first value as the number of synchronized subframes per frame to a first half of the total number of radio frames, if the first allocating step is not performed; and selecting a second value of the set of synchronized subframe numbers. The method further comprises: third allocating the second value as the number of synchronized subframes per frame to the first half of the total number of radio frames, if the first and second allocating step is not performed; forth allocating the second value as the number of synchronized subframes per frame to a second half of the total number of radio frames, if the second allocating step is performed; selecting a third value of the set of synchronized subframe numbers; wherein one of the allocating steps is performed according to bandwidth requirements of the multimedia broadcast and synchronized services.

The CBV indicates whether an increase or a decrease in the ABS would benefit the network. The method further includes selectively changing, by the macro cell, the number of ABS available to the at least one small cell based on the CBV.

    摘要: A handover method is provided, in which a measure of signal strength is obtained between a user terminal and each of one or more candidate cells, relative to signal strength between the user terminal and a source cell. For candidate cells, a threshold is set that depends on a measure of loading of the source cell and a measure of loading of the candidate cell. For the target cell, a particular candidate cell is identified for which the measure of signal strength exceeds the threshold set for that particular cell. The user terminal is connected to the target cell. In specific embodiments, the threshold for each candidate cell depends on a load differential between the source cell and the candidate cell.
