摘要: A liquid reservoir with level measurement includes a base body (10) and a channel (12) implemented in the base body and comprising an inlet (14) and an outlet (16), the dimensions of the cross-section of the channel being selected such that a liquid (18) which may be filled into the channel forms a liquid meniscus (20) which demarcates a section (12b) of the channel which is filled with liquid from an unfilled section (12a) of the channel in which no liquid is present, the position of the meniscus in relation to the channel being substantially independent of the orientation of the liquid reservoir. The liquid reservoir further includes detection means (32, 22, 24) for detecting the position of the liquid meniscus and/or the channel so as to obtain, from the position of the liquid meniscus, the level and/or a change in the level of the liquid reservoir. The inventive liquid reservoir is suitable as a low-priced drug reservoir particularly in connection with a capacitive level detection.

摘要: A method of producing a pump body having an inlet opening provided with an inlet valve (106) and an outlet opening provided with an outlet valve (108), said method comprising as a first step the step of structuring a respective first main surface of a first and of a second semiconductor disc (200) for defining a valve flap structure (202) of the inlet valve and a valve seat structure (204) of the outlet valve in the first disc and a valve flap structure of the outlet valve and a valve seat structure of the inlet valve in the second disc. Following this, a valve flap well structure (206; 216) and a valve opening well structure (208; 218) are formed in a predetermined relationship with the valve flap structures and the valve seat structures in a respective second main surface of the first and of the second semiconductor disc. The first main surfaces of said first and second semiconductor discs are connected in such a way that the respective valve flap structure is arranged in a predetermined relationship with a respective valve seat structure. Finally, the respective second main surface of said first and of said second semiconductor disc is etched at least in the area of the valve flap well structure and of the valve opening well structure so as to expose the valve flaps and open the valve seats.

摘要: A micromembrane pump comprises a pump membrane which is adapted to be moved to a first and a second position with the aid of a drive means and a pump body connected to the pump membrane so as to define a pump chamber between these two components, the pump body being defined by two semiconductor plates having each formed therein a valve seat and a valve flap which are formed integrally with the respective semiconductor plate, the two semiconductor plates being connected in such a way that a respective passive non-return valve is defined by a valve seat of one semiconductor plate and by a valve flap of the other semiconductor plate, one of the passive non-return valves being arranged in an inlet opening penetrating both semiconductor plates, whereas the other of the non-return valves is arranged in an outlet opening penetrating both semiconductor plates. The pump membrane increases the volume of the pump chamber by a stroke volume when moving from the first to the second position and reduces the volume of the pump chamber by this stroke volume when moving from the second to the first position. According to the present invention, the ratio &egr; of the stroke volume to the volume of the pump chamber satisfies the following equation, when the pump membrane is at the first position: ϵ ≥ ( p 0 p 0 - &LeftBracketingBar; Δ ⁢   ⁢ p crit &RightBracketingBar; ) 1 γ - 1 wherein p0 is the atmospheric pressure, &Ggr; the adiabatic coefficient, and &Dgr;pcrit the maximum pressure value which depends on the valve geometry and on the wetting of the valves and which is required for opening the valves.

摘要: A pump for pumping a medium from a suction side to a pressure side includes a filter arrangement. The filter arrangement includes an inflow path, a first outflow path, and a second outflow path. A hydrophobic membrane filter is arranged between the inflow path and the first outflow path. A hydrophilic membrane filter is arranged between the inflow path and the second outflow path. At least one section of the hydrophobic membrane filter and one section of the hydrophilic membrane filter are located opposite each other at a distance of no more than 1 mm so that a gas bubble that moves along with a medium flowing in the inflow path comes into contact with the hydrophobic membrane filter during the movement. The first and second outflow paths of the filter arrangement are connected to the suction side of the pump.

摘要: The present invention relates to a coding parameter independent method for reduction of blocking artefacts in a compressed image or video signal. For this purpose, the image is analysed in the vicinity of the block boundaries in order to measure the existence and strength of blocking artefacts and to detect image areas. Based on the analysis result map information for each pixel adjacent to a block boundary is generated. The filter mode for each block boundary is adaptively determined dependent on the map information and the image is filtered depending on the chosen filter mode.

摘要: Disclosed is a plug-in coupling system for joining cables between a tractor and a trailer. The invention also relates to the individual components, i.e. the semitrailer coupling and the plug-in connector on which the invention is implemented. The cables between the tractor and the trailer are usually plugged into each other by hand. Automatic systems have not been successful on the market so far. The aim of the invention is therefore to create a plug-in coupling system which allows the supply cables to be connected in a comfortable and operationally safe manner when the trailer is joined to and disconnected from the tractor. Said aim is achieved, among other things, by disposing the socket in a stationary manner below the insertion hole on the semitrailer coupling while arranging the contact points of the plug below the king pin on the plug-in connector.

摘要: A method and a device for providing automatic load alleviation to a high lift surface system, in particular to a landing flap system, of an aircraft when a blockage occurs, wherein in response to a control signal emitted by a control device at least one high lift surface, which is actuated by means of a local mechanical final control element, is brought to a predetermined position by a central drive unit that is connected by way of a rotary shaft arrangement to the local final control element by generating a torque transmitted by the central drive unit to the rotary shaft arrangement. If a signal is registered that indicates that there is a blockage within the high lift surface system, the torque transmitted by the central drive unit to the rotary shaft arrangement is automatically reduced to a predetermined low torque value, and the position of the high lift surface system is fixed.
