A paper feed apparatus of the present invention includes a pick mechanism for successively taking out, by use of a pick roller 1, a plurality of sheets of paper stacked on a chute from the bottom side thereof, leading ends of the sheets being aligned by means of a stopper block 2 in a state in which the sheets are stacked on the chute. Moreover, the apparatus includes a roller guide 11 and an abutment guide 12. When the roller guide 11 is raised to a paper setting position in a direction away from the pick roller 1, the roller guide 11 raises the leading ends of the sheets stacked on the chute to thereby prevent contact between the sheets and the pick roller 1. The abutment guide 12 aligns the leading ends of the sheets when the roller guide 11 is raised. When a pick operation is started, prior to retraction of the roller guide 11, sheet pressing operation of a pick arm 4 and retraction of the abutment guide 12 are performed, and then the sheets are taken out through a clearance formed between the distal end of the stopper block 2 and the pick roller 1.

The present invention provides a surface treated steel sheet including a steel sheet; a plating layer containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of zinc and aluminum on a surface of the steel sheet; and a film on the plating layer, the film containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Al, Mg, and Zn, a tetravalent vanadium compound, and a phosphoric acid group. This surface treated steel sheet exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and excellent surface appearance without containing hazardous substances, such as hexavalent chromium, in the film.

[Problem] The object is to provide a resin film for metal sheet laminate which endures severe forming owing to excellent formability and impact resistance, and also to excellent adhesion after forming and heating, further gives stable performance independent of forming conditions, and also provides a laminated metal sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same.[Means for Resolution] The resin film for metal sheet laminate has a mixed resin in which a granular resin mainly existing in a state of grains having 0.1 to 5 μm in diameter is dispersed in a polyester resin having a main basic skeleton of polyethylene terephthalate and/or isophthalic acid copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate, in a range from 3 to 30% by weight in entire resin. The granular resin is a modified polyolefin resin containing a functional group derived from carboxylic acid in a range from 2 to 20% by weight as carboxylic acid.

Method for producing a galvannealed steel sheet wherein a slab consisting essentially of C in an amount of 0.004 wt. % or less, N in an amount of 0.004 wt. % or less, Ti in an amount of 0.01 to 0.15 wt %, Si in an amount of 0.05 wt. % or less, Mn in an amount up to 2.5 wt. %, P in an amount up to 0.1 wt. %, S in an amount of 0.015 wt. % or less, sol. Al in an amount of 0.02 to 0.1 wt. % and the balance being Fe, is soaked for at least 30 minutes at a specified temperature (range). The soaked slab is hot rolled to produce a hot-rolled steel sheet which is coiled at a temperature of 500 to 700.degree. C. The coiled hot-rolled steel sheet is cold rolled at a reduction ratio of 60% or more to produce a cold-rolled steel sheet which is annealed at a temperature of from recrystallization temperature to Ac3 transformation temperature. Galvanizing the annealed cold-rolled steel sheet and then galvannealing at a temperature of 450 to 600.degree. C.

A method for continuously tin-electroplating a metal strip, which comprises the steps of: causing a DC electric current to flow between a metal strip and an anode arranged adjacent to the metal strip while passing the metal strip at a travelling speed of at least 1 m/minute through an acidic tin-electroplating solution containing tin ions and an organic acid within a range of from 4.8 to 98 g/l as converted into sulfuric acid, to form a tin-electroplating layer on at least one surface of the metal strip; and applying an ultrasonic vibration, emitted from at least one ultrasonic vibrator and having an intensity within a range of from 0.01 to 1,000 W/100 cm.sup.2 and a frequency within a range of from 25 to 55 kHz, to the acidic tin-electroplating solution between the metal strip and the anode, thereby removing a diffusion layer of tin ions existing in the acidic tin-electroplating solution adjacent to the surface of the metal strip.
