    摘要: A three-dimensional measuring machine (measurement device) which supplies a probe having a measurement head able to make contact with a measured object and a contact detection sensor which detects the contact of a measurement head with a measured object and outputs a touch signal; a displacement structure which displaces a probe along three axial directions orthogonal to one another; scale sensors which detect the position coordinates of a probe and output a coordinate detection signal; a control circuit board having an integrated circuit on which are installed a touch counter which counts touch signals and a scale counter which counts coordinate detection signals; and a latch controller which latches a touch counter value and a scale counter value at the same time.

    摘要: Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in coating adhesion is provided. The steel sheet contains Si: 2 to 7% mass % and has a primary coating composed mainly of forsterite on its surface. A compound (A) containing one or more elements selected from among Ca, Sr and Ba, at least one rare earth metal, and sulfur is incorporated in the primary coating so as to reside in the interface layer between the primary coating and the steel sheet. As a result, occurrence of primary coating exfoliation at regions that are strongly worked during manufacture of a wound core transformer or the like is prevented.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a fuel cell exhibiting a high performance regardless of the humidification conditions. In short, it is a fuel cell comprised of a proton-conducting electrolyte membrane sandwiched between a pair of catalyst layers, wherein a catalyst layer of at least a cathode contains a catalyst ingredient, electrolyte material, and carbon material; the carbon material is comprised of three types of materials of a catalyst-supporting carbon material supporting the catalyst ingredient, a conductivity-aiding carbon material not supporting the catalyst ingredient, and a gas-diffusing carbon material not supporting the catalyst ingredient; the catalyst layer is comprised of two phases of a catalyst aggregated phase having the catalyst-supporting carbon material supporting the catalyst ingredient and the conductivity-aiding carbon material not supporting the catalyst ingredient aggregated as main ingredients and a gas-diffusing carbon material aggregated phase having the gas-diffusing carbon material not supporting the catalyst ingredient aggregated as a main ingredient; and the catalyst aggregated phase is a continuous phase while the gas-diffusing carbon material aggregated phase is dispersed in the catalyst aggregated phase.
