摘要: A swash plate type compressor 1 includes a swash plate 3 rotating around a rotating shaft, pistons 4 that advance and retreat with the rotation of the swash plate and each are formed with a hemispherical concave sliding surface, and shoes 5 each formed with a flat end surface part 12 being in sliding contact with the swash plate and a spherical surface part 11 being in sliding contact with the sliding surface 4a of the piston. A cylindrical part 13 is formed between the spherical surface part and the end surface part of the shoe, and the shoe is formed with a flange part 14 that surrounds the boundary portion between the cylindrical part and the end surface part and is in sliding contact with the swash plate. Further, the flange part is located on the inside of an imaginary spherical surface S including the sliding surface of the piston, and the diameter d2 of the cylindrical part is smaller than the diameter d3 of the opening of the sliding surface of the piston. The shoe can be lubricated satisfactorily.

摘要: A swash plate type compressor includes a swash plate rotating around a rotating shaft, pistons that advance and retreat with the rotation of the swash plate and formed with a hemispherical concave sliding surface, and shoes formed with a flat end surface part in sliding contact with the swash plate and a spherical surface part in sliding contact with the sliding surface of the piston. A columnar portion 13 is formed between the spherical surface portion 11 and the end surface portion 12 in the shoe 5, and in a boundary area between the columnar portion 13 and the spherical surface portion 11, there is formed a spherical-surface-portion side flange 14 which protrudes radially outward and constitutes the spherical surface portion.The lubrication of the shoe is satisfactorily performed and the entry of foreign matter into the sliding parts can be prevented.

摘要: A scroll compressor which can be mounted in an automobile has a slide bearing resulting from baking onto a back metal a sliding layer of 5-60 wt % graphite having an average diameter of 5-50 μm and a graphitization degree of at least 0.6, the remainder containing a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin. The form of the graphite has: (a) an average shape factor (YAVE) as defined of 1-4 for the particles excluding the minute particles that are no greater than 0.5 times the average diameter, and there being at least 70% by number of particles having a shape factor (Y) in the range of 1-1.5; or (b) graphite particles having a particle ratio of at least 0.5 being at least 50% of the total by number.

摘要: [Problem] To exchange the roller bearing that has been used in a scroll compressor mounted in an automobile with a m slide bearing. To provide a slide bearing having a performance that is at least equivalent to that of a roller bearing.[Solution] The slide bearing results from baking onto a back metal a sliding layer of 5-60 wt % graphite having an average diameter of 5-50 μm and a graphitization degree of at least 0.6, the remainder comprising a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin. The form of the graphite has: (a) an average shape factor (YAVE) as defined of 1-4 for the particles excluding the minute particles that are no greater than 0.5 times the average diameter, and there being at least 70% by number of particles having a shape factor (Y) in the range of 1-1.5; or (b) graphite particles having a particle ratio of at least 0.5 being at least 50% of the total by number.

A part of the quenched sliding surface is partially annealed to form an annealed portion 6. When an oil film pressure acts on the sliding surface 1, the annealed portion 6 is deformed by pressure so that the surface thereof has a concave portion 6A. In the annealed portion 6, a remaining quenched portion 8 may remain at the center part thereof.The concave portion 6A can be used as an oil reservoir or an oil flow path, so that an excellent seizure resistance can be ensured.

摘要: A swash plate of a swash plate-type compressor is covered with a resin-based coating layer containing 5 to 60 mass % of spherical graphite particles having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm, the balance being one or more species selected from polyimide resin and polyamide-imide resin. The spherical graphite particles excepting minute particles having a particle diameter 0.5 times or smaller the average particle diameter, have an average shape coefficient (YAVE) falling within a range of 1 to 4, and 70% or more in number of the spherical graphite particles have a shape coefficient (Y) within a range of 1 to 1.5, YAVE=total[{PMi2/4πAi}]/i Y=PM2/4πA wherein “total” indicates that a value in [ ] is totalized for number “i”, “PM” indicates the circumferential length of one particle, “A” indicates a cross sectional area of one particle, and “i” indicates the measurement number.
