摘要： A heating device including: a rotating member for heating, an opposing member, which is arranged so as to be opposed to the rotating member, and forms a nip portion together with the rotating member, and a biasing member, which is arranged inside the rotating member, has an opposing surface with respect to an inner peripheral surface of the rotating member, and biases the rotating member to the opposing member. The inner peripheral surface and the opposing surface are brought into contact with each other via a grease composition to form a sliding portion. The grease composition contains a base oil. The base oil contains a fluoropolymer having a specific structure and a perfluoropolyether having a specific kinematic viscosity and a specific evaporation loss and having a specific structure.

摘要： A scroll compressor which can be mounted in an automobile has a slide bearing resulting from baking onto a back metal a sliding layer of 5-60 wt % graphite having an average diameter of 5-50 μm and a graphitization degree of at least 0.6, the remainder containing a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin. The form of the graphite has: (a) an average shape factor (YAVE) as defined of 1-4 for the particles excluding the minute particles that are no greater than 0.5 times the average diameter, and there being at least 70% by number of particles having a shape factor (Y) in the range of 1-1.5; or (b) graphite particles having a particle ratio of at least 0.5 being at least 50% of the total by number.

摘要： There is provided a sliding member coating composition for forming a coating on the surface of a sliding member, which contains a binder resin, abrasion inhibiting members, and a solid lubricant as needed. The shape of the abrasion inhibiting members is a panel shape having an aspect ratio of 5 to 100 expressed by average particle diameter/average particle thickness, and has an average particle diameter of 15.0 μm or smaller and a Moh's hardness of 6 or higher. The content of the solid lubricant can be set to 0 to 15 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin, and the content of the abrasion inhibiting members to 1 to 100 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. The solid lubricant may not be blended. The abrasion inhibiting members are preferably aluminas. According to the sliding member coating composition in the present invention, even when being exposed to severe frictional conditions for a long time, preferable lubricity can be guaranteed.
