    摘要: A plurality of angle portions 2c of the fins on an upstream side and those on a downstream side of an air flow are provided so as to be substantially symmetrical with each other. Due to this, bending forces are continuously exerted on a thin plate-like fin material in a direction where the bending deformation of the fin material is cancelled, during the fin forming process. Accordingly, when the angle portions 2c are formed it can be prevented in advance that the fin material 11 is deformed in a state where the repeated deformations of the fin material 11 are accumulated in the same direction.

The outer rim (22) has an end face (22a) placed on the small curvature region (102). The flat tube (10) has flared portions (15, 16) expanded at insertion holes (54).

    摘要: A tapered section and a flange section which constitute reinforcements are provided on mounting members to which a blower (fan shroud) is to be attached. The reinforcements are provided on the sides of the reinforcements which are in contact with a longer side wall surface of a rectangular tank. According to this structure, it is possible to prevent the longer side wall surface from deforming, while mitigating the concentration of stress to the joint portions between the mounting members and the longer side wall surface. Therefore, the mechanical strength, reliability and durability of the header tank can be improved without increasing the mass (weight) and production cost of the radiator.

    摘要: A condenser core portion carries out a heat exchange between refrigerant and air. The condenser core portion includes a plurality of condenser tubes through which the refrigerant flows and condenser fins disposed between each pair of adjacent condenser tubes. A radiator core portion is disposed in series with the condenser core portion in an external fluid flow direction with a predetermined clearance therebetween, to carry out a heat exchange between engine coolant and the air. The radiator core portion includes a plurality of radiator tubes through which the engine coolant flows and radiator fins disposed between each pair of adjacent radiator tubes. A connecting portion integrates each of condenser fins and radiator fins. The condenser fins disposed at an upper area of the condenser core portion introduce cooling performances more than the condenser fins disposed at a lower area thereof.
