    摘要: A variable speed manual transmission includes an input shaft having a first drive gear for low speed drive and a second drive gear for high speed drive fixed thereon, an output shaft located under the input shaft and in parallel therewith and having at least a pair of axially spaced changed-speed driven gears fixed thereon, a first coutershaft arranged in parallel with the input and output shafts and having a first driven gear fixed thereon and continuously engaged with the first drive gear, a pair of axially spaced low speed drive gears rotatably mounted thereon and continuously engaged with the change-speed driven gears on the output shaft, and a first synchronizer coupling provided thereon to selectively connect the low speed drive gears to the first countershaft, and a second countershaft arranged in parrallel with the input and output shafts and having a second drive gear fixed thereon and continuously engaged with the second drive gear on the input shaft, a pair of axially spaced high speed drive gears rotatably mounted thereon and continuously engaged with the change-speed driven gears on the output shaft, and a second synchronizer coupling provided thereon to selectively connect the high speed drive gears to the second countershaft.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for expanding and improving functional capacity of human adult-derived progenitor cells in vitro using a closed culture system. The present invention provides a favorable condition for cell therapy to promote tissue repair and organogenesis via vasculogenesis and angiogenesis in clinical settings. The proposed closed bag culture system for culturing hemangioblast comprises of, in one embodiment, a serum-free culture medium containing one or more factors selected from the group consisting of stem cell growth factor, interleukin-6, FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3, thrombopoietin, and vascular endothelial growth factor and a kit for the preparation of the serum-free culture medium and the like.

    摘要: An antirattle spring for a disc brake is represented as being entirely disposed outside of a clearance between one of a plurality of edges of pad assemblies and a stationary member anchoring against the one edge. Consequently, the antirattle spring is freed from any restraint as would otherwise be imposed upon a designer of a more complicated and smaller sized configuration of the spring, and is therefore more likely to retain its resiliency than are prior art antirattle springs. The antirattle spring has one end thereof bolted to the stationary member and the other end thereof engaging one of the plurality of edges with a required elastic energy stored within the middle portion of the spring.

    摘要: An improved method of manufacturing a strut member for use in a strut device of the drum brake, having two strut members and a connecting member provided with a threaded portion for linking both, to function as an adjustor of the shoe clearance. This manufacturing method comprises as least the following two processes: (a) forming a flat plate-like portion partially on a length of a tube while producing a through bore therein as a displaced space, by inserting a mandrel substantially concentrically into a tube material, pressing or squeezing a portion of the tube in the diametrical direction in such a manner that the inside of the tube is pressed onto the mandrel for producing the displaced space therein, after retracting the mandrel until the inside surface of the tube at upper and lower portion thereof on either side of the displaced space closely contact to each other; and (b) forming a cut-out, ranging from the extremity of the tube to a part of the flattened portion, such that the through bore can have the opening thereof at the bottom of the cut-out to be able to engage with the web portion of a brake shoe.
