    摘要: The invention provides the advantages of a metallic housing and those of a synthetic resin structure for electronic devices, home electrical devices, etc., achieves high productivity and mass productivity, and enables a desired configuration and structure to be designed freely. As a pretreatment, a shaped aluminum alloy material is dipped in an aqueous solution of at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia, hydrazine, and a water-soluble amine compound. A thermoplastic resin composition containing polyphenylene sulfide as a component is integrally bonded to the surface of the treated shaped aluminum alloy material by injection molding or other method. The molded article is a product made of the shaped aluminum alloy material and the thermoplastic resin composition containing PPS. Thus, the characteristic features of metal can be utilized in terms of mechanical strength and external appearance design. Moreover, a complicated configuration and structure can be formed inside the housing.

    摘要: A composite characterized by comprising an aluminum alloy shaped item having a surface roughness of 5 to 50 μm or more, the surface provided with 1 μm or less fine depressions or protrusions, and a thermoplastic resin composition composed mainly of a polyphenylene sulfide or polybutylene terephthalate resin whose average of lengthwise and crosswise linear expansion coefficients is in the range of 2 to 4×10−5° C.−1, the thermoplastic resin composition penetrating and anchored in the depressions or protrusions. The thermoplastic resin composition is not easily detached from the aluminum alloy shaped item. Thus, in, for example, electronic equipments and household electrical appliances, the advantage of metallic cage body can be reconciled with the advantage of synthetic resin structure. This composite can ensure high production efficiency and is suitable for mass production. Further, morphology and structure designing thereof can be accomplished freely.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to create, from a titanium alloy and an FRP prepreg, a composite of a titanium alloy and an FRP material that is suitable for bolt fastening. The composite can bring out excellent characteristics in CFRP members in mobile electronic-electric devices, mobile equipment, medical instruments, marine devices and the like. It has been found that titanium alloy having a special constant surface shape adheres strongly with an epoxy adhesive. In a composite obtained using this technique to integrate a titanium alloy member as a cover material and a CFRP material, the metal alloy portion deforms and disperses locally strong forces so that the CFRP material is not damaged, even when the composite is assembled to another metal member through bolt-fastening. As a result, the composite is expected to be effective for applications in mobile equipment or mobile device casings, where lightweightness, corrosion resistance, toughness and ease of assembly are required.

    摘要: A metal and resin composite in which a metal and a resin, especially a shaped base made of an ordinary steel material and a resin composition can be strongly joined to and integrated with each other; and a method for producing the composite.The surface of a shaped ordinary steel material is treated by chemical etching or the like to form a thin layer of a natural oxide of iron, substantially completely covered with ultra-fine irregularities, onto which hydrazine, ammonia or a water-soluble amine is chemically adsorbed. The resulting ferrous material shaped article 1 is inserted into an injection mold 10 and a specific resin composition 4 is injected thereinto. The surface of the ferrous material formed-article 1 may have a thin layer of a metal oxide or metal phosphate. The above injection yields a composite 7 in which an ordinary steel material is strongly joined to a resin. The resin composition 4 that is used contains a crystalline polyphenylene sulfide resin (PPS) or polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT) as the main resin component.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to create, from a titanium alloy and an FRP prepreg, a composite of a titanium alloy and an FRP material that is suitable for bolt fastening. The composite can bring out excellent characteristics in CFRP members in mobile electronic-electric devices, mobile equipment, medical instruments, marine devices and the like.     摘要: The present invention is useful for achieving a reduction in weight and for attaining increased strength in not only electronic devices and domestic electric devices but also various parts and structures. As a pretreatment, a rib (3) is dipped in an aqueous solution of ammonia, hydrazine, a hydrazine derivative, or a water-soluble amine compound. A metal frame (2) is inserted into an injection mold for forming ribs (3) by injection molding. A thermoplastic resin composition is injected to the surface of the metal frame (2) by injection molding to form ribs (3). In the housing of a casing cover (1) thus formed, the metal frame (2) and the ribs (3) made of the thermoplastic resin composition are integrally bonded together. Thus, the housing improves strength and external appearance. Moreover, a complicated configuration and structure can be formed in the housing.
