摘要: Disclosed is a lever switch for switching electric circuits. The switch has a driving lever rotatably secured to a switch frame which accomodates a slider having movable contacts and a click container accomodating a click member. The slider has a driving portion adapted for engagement with a driving projection formed on the driving lever, so that the slider may be driven to bring the movable contacts housed therein into and out of contact with fixed contacts, thereby to switch the electric circuits. The click member is adapted for engagement with a cam portion of the driving lever to allow the clicking motion of the latter. The click container is fixed to the switch frame in such a manner that grooves formed at the sides thereof receive corresponding tongues formed on the switch frame, so that it is unnecessary to spread the walls of the frame away from each other during the insertion of the click container, thereby to facilitate the assembling.

摘要: A push switch is adapted for use in combination with a variable resistance. The switch comprises an insulating driving body rotatably mounted on a slider which is adapted to be moved by a push rod or shaft, and at least two metal pieces carrying electrical contacts. These members are positioned within a casing in such a manner that the movement of the slider causes the driving body to be rotated by contact with a projection formed on one of the metal pieces. The rotation of the driving body causes electrical contacts to move to and from each other.

摘要: A sample conveying mechanism minimizes a risk of damage to a sample typified particularly by a photomask, and the sample conveying mechanism provides the sample retention mechanism for holding the sample so as to be suspended and is configured such that a portion close to a pattern surface of the sample is separated from a projection section of a flange for suspending the sample, thereby inhibiting a contact between the pattern surface and members configuring the conveying mechanism.

摘要: There is provided a mini environment type transfer unit which can efficiently transfer a sample to a critical dimension scanning electron microscope (CD-SEM) even in the case of use of a SMIF pod which can store only one photomask. In addition to a load port, a stocker which can store a plurality of photomasks is provided in the mini environment type transfer unit. A mask storage slot in which a plurality of storage units are stacked is provided in the stocker, and one photomask is stored in each storage unit. A sensor is provided in each storage unit to determine whether or not the photomask is normally stored. Additionally, a sensor is provided in each storage unit to detect whether or not the photomask exists.

摘要: To determine, when a virtual machine is executed by an arbitrary machine, whether the virtual machine can access computer resources required for the virtual machine, provided is a method of checking a possibility of executing a virtual machine including a first physical computer for executing a first virtual machine and a second physical computer capable of executing a virtual machine. The method includes the steps of: acquiring information on first logical resources; acquiring setting information set to a adaptor of the first physical computer so that the first virtual machine accesses the first logical resources; listing second logical resources accessible when the first virtual machine is executed by the second physical computer by setting the setting information to a adaptor of the second physical computer; and determining whether the first virtual machine can be executed by the second physical computer by comparing the first and second logical resources.

摘要: There is disclosed a sales management system in which customers can intuitively instantly recognize next exchangeable premium from existing accumulated points, and shops can save troubles and expenses for preparing signboards or fliers every time the premiums are changed. The sales management system includes a POS apparatus and a server. The server manageably has customer data which stores accumulated points for each customer ID, and premium data in which premium information and image are associated and stored for each present point range. The POS apparatus 1 has: a barcode scanner; a card reader for reading the customer ID; a control unit which adds up accumulated points of the customer data specified by the customer ID, and points imparted in accordance with a total amount of commodities and which extracts the premium information and image from the premium data based on the point range of the premium data specified by the addition; and a printer which prints the premium information and image on a receipt.
