    摘要: A process is, herein disclosed, for producing a slow release composite having a physiologically active substance encapsulated therein, which comprises preparing a system wherein one or more physiologically active substances are in contact with protein from one or more protein sources, and bringing said system into direct contact with steam at temperatures between 50.degree. C. and 100.degree. C. to denature the protein and make the same hydrophobic, to thereby make a slow release composite having the physiologically active substance dispersed, fixed and encapsulated therein. And a process is also disclosed for producing a slow release composite which comprises preparing a mixture of one or more hydrophilic polymerizable monomers containing the body fluid and/or isotonic solution, protein from one or more protein sources, and one or more physiologically active substances, subjecting the mixture to direct contact with steam and irradiation with light or ionizing radiation, said treatment with steam being performed either before or simultaneously with irradiation with light or ionizing radiation.

    摘要: A process is herein disclosed for producing a multi-layered slow release composite comprising: a first step wherein one or more physiologically active substances is mixed with one member selected from the group consisting of one or more supercooling polymerizable vinyl monomers, one or more natural or synthetic polymeric substances and a mixture thereof, and the mixture is given a predetermined shape and subjected to a physical treatment to form a slow release composite; a second step wherein a predetermined thickness of coating of one member selected from the group consisting of one or more supercooling polymerizable vinyl monomers, one or more natural or synthetic polymeric substances and a mixture thereof is formed on the surface of said slow release composite, which then is subjected to a physical treatment so that a layer wherein no physiologically active substance is encapsulated is formed on the surface of said slow release composite; a third step wherein a predetermined thickness of coating of a mixture of one or more physiologically active substances with one member selected from the group consisting of one or more supercooling polymerizable vinyl monomers, one or more natural or synthetic polymeric substances and a mixture thereof is formed on the surface of the slow release composite having the layer provided in the second step wherein no physiologically active substance is encapsulated, said composite then is subjected to a physical treatment to form a layer wherein the physiologically active substance is encapsulated.

    摘要: In accordance with this invention, there is provided a primer composition prepared by dissolving in an organic solvent at least one diepoxy compound selected from the group consisting of:(1) polyalkylene glycol diglycidyl ether of the formula; ##STR1## (2) poly(alkylene glycol) diglycidyl ether of the formula; ##STR2## and (3) diepoxide derived from a bisphenol of the formula; (wherein R.sub.1 is a linear or branched alkylene group having less than 8 carbon atoms; R.sub.2 is a linear or branched alkyl group having less than 4 carbon atoms, R.sub.3 is a linear or branched alkylene group having less than 8 carbon atoms, or a binding group selected from the class consisting of ##STR3## l, m and n are each an integer of from 0 to less than 10, the sum of l and m being more than 1).Also in accordance with the invention, there is provided a process for producing a coated product using such primer composition.
