    摘要: A semantic recognition system of the present invention provides a user interface capable of receiving speech input to a user and an application interface that conveys an input content of the user to an application. The semantic recognition system includes a speech signal input part for receiving input speech signals, a speech recognizer for recognizing a corresponding word based on the input speech signals, a recognized word-semantic number converter including a semantic number-registered word list indicating the correspondence between a semantic number representing a meaning of a word and a registered word belonging to the semantic number, an application interface and an application handling the semantic numbers as data. The corresponding word is recognized by the speech recognizer, based on the speech signals input to the speech signal input part. The recognized word is converted to a corresponding semantic number by the recognized word-semantic number converter. The converted semantic number is notified to the application via the application interface.

    摘要: There is provided a periodic process load control system for controlling a load of a CPU in conjunction with an execution of a periodic process in a multiple-process operating system having the CPU in which a plurality of processes including a periodic process activated periodically are executed on a time division basis, and a periodic process recording medium for storing a periodic process into which such a load control function is incorporated. A time interval in which the periodic process is repeatedly executed is measured to evaluate a load evaluation value consisting of an accumulation value of the time intervals. A load of the periodic process itself is controlled in accordance with the load evaluation value.

    摘要: A reception-process manager of a call server writes, in a transfer-voice-data storage, voice data contained in a voice packet received from the transmitter terminal which has acquired the talk right. A transmission-process manager of the call server determines the next transmission interval of a voice packet for each receiver terminal on the basis of determination information received from the each receiver terminal. The transmission-process manager reads out the voice data in a size dependent on the determined transmission interval from the transfer-voice-data storage, generates voice packet containing the voice data for the each receiver terminal, and transmits the voice packet to the each receiver terminal. Thus, the voice-packet transmission interval can be changed for each receiver terminal without stopping voice-packet transmission.

    摘要: In a communication network including a relay apparatus and a call control apparatus, a telephone conversation resumption system includes: a reservation unit, when a judgment unit detects communication impossibility between a portable terminal and the relay apparatus, records terminal identification data that specifies the portable terminal and an other-end terminal in a recording unit; a continuation processing unit that generates a call with the other-end terminal indicated by the terminal identification data and transmits a message to the other-end terminal; and a resumption unit that, when the judgment unit detects recovery of the communication state of the portable terminal, requests the call control apparatus to resume the telephone conversation between the portable terminal and the other-end terminal using the terminal identification data. With this configuration, even when the portable terminal becomes impossible to communicate, the telephone conversation resumption system can resume a telephone conversation easily.
