摘要： A monitoring system which can monitor a plurality of vehicles (1) includes vibration sensing units (15) each sensing a vibration of the associated vehicle (1), a sensed time specifying unit (20b) which specifies an instant at which the vibration of the vehicle (1) is sensed by the vibration sensing unit, and an abnormality determining unit (20a) which determines, when a vibration of one of the vehicles (1) is sensed by the associated vibration sensing unit (15), whether the vibration is caused by preparations for theft with respect to the vehicle (1) or the vibration is caused by environmental influences on the vehicle (1). The abnormality determining unit (20a) carries out the determination on ground of sensing results obtained by the vibration sensing units (15) of the respective vehicles (1) and a result of specification carried out by the sensed time specifying unit (20b). With this, a possibility of incorrectly identifying a vibration not being attributed to preparations for theft as a vibration attributed to preparations for theft.

摘要： The object of this invention is to offer an information mediating system which can mediate the specific information out of the received information from an information provider. The specific information is information which fulfills the objective specification. This system charges a service fee to the information beneficiary, and pays a compensation to the information provider. The service fee and the compensation are offset for each terminal. The information beneficiary and provider are selected each time according to the objective specification. An information mediating system provided with a plurality of terminals which have both information sending and receiving functions, or either an information sending or a receiving function through a network, and provided with an information mediator which has an information mediating function to mediate an received information through the network. The information mediating function comprises 1) a grouping function to select an information provider and an information beneficiary out of the plurality of terminals according to an objective specification to specify a specific information to be obtained; and 2) a data transmission function to transmit the specific information obtained from the selected information provider, which fulfills the objective specification, to the selected information beneficiary through the network.

摘要： A control device is mounted to one's own mobile body such as a vehicle for controlling its starting motion. A distance measuring part measures the distance to a front going vehicle and a speed control part controls the speed of the own vehicle such that the distance to the front going vehicle will be constant based on the measured distance. A stop control part serves to detect stopping of the front going vehicle and generates a stop control signal for the own vehicle. A start control part serves to detect a start of said front going mobile body and generates a start control signal for the own vehicle. An image-taking device serves to obtain an image of the front when the front going vehicle stops and another image when it starts again. The own vehicle is inhibited from automatically starting if these two images do not match.

摘要： The object of this invention is to collect a data without using a specialized system such as sensor terminals and provide a data to a terminal device. The information provision system according to this invention is provided with fixed data transmitters and sensing data transmitters. When terminal device 23 moves into a predetermined space (sensor field), the terminal device receives a predetermined fixed data from the fixed data transmitter, and/or a sensing data obtained by sensing from the sensing data transmitter. The terminal device then transmits these received data to data processing server 21 along with a process request via a network. The data processing server can execute a processing based on these received data and the process request, and generate a process data in order to provide for the terminal device.
