    摘要: A transfer device for transferring an actuator displacement, has a housing with a first recess having a first and second plunger displaceably mounted. These plungers are actively connected via at least one transfer chamber by a fluid. The active connection causes the second plunger to be displaced when the first plunger is moved and vice versa. The transfer chamber is hydraulically coupled via a sealing gap to a compensating chamber compensating the pressure differences, in a delayed manner. The transfer device also has a chamber device with a compensating chamber, a chamber housing, and a first plunger. The chamber device has a device with a first body with a recess including a second body, and with an elastomer placed in the recess between the first and second body. The elastomer has a first groove extending at least partially along the recess.

To compensate the thermal length modifications of the piezo actuator (1) in relation to the actuator housing (4, 3, 6, 5), the compensation element is configured as an aluminium compensation cylinder (2) that is situated in an extension tube (6). The piezo actuator (1) and the compensation cylinder (2) are mounted in series and conjointly pre-stressed by means of the tubular spring (3) that is extended in relation to the actuator housing by the extension tube (6).

    摘要: The sealing element consisting entirely of elastomer is plugged onto the head plate of a piezo actuator for a fuel injection valve. Encircling sealing bulges (6) are formed on the first end of the sealing element and effect a sealing toward the injector body (2). The sealing element has passages for accommodating contact pins (7), whereby sealing lips (8) are formed around the passages in order to seal the contact pins (7). The sealing actions of the sealing bulges (6) and of the sealing lips (8) are separate from one another.

The gap angle (β) and the gap length (1) are embodied such that in the closed position, the maximum gap width (s) is at least as large as a surface roughness of the valve body (4) or of the closing element (14) and that the maximum gap width (s) amounts to a maximum of 10 micrometers.

A bore groove is configured in the inner peripheral wall of the bore and corresponds to the nipple groove. In the mounted state of the leakage connection, the snap ring, with a part of its wall thickness, lies in the bore groove and with the rest of its wall thickness in the nipple groove, thereby preventing the leakage connection from being unintentionally withdrawn.
