Abstract: In some aspects, systems, devices, and techniques for programming a medical fluid delivery device are described. In one example, the disclosure relates to a system including a medical fluid delivery device configured to deliver a therapeutic agent to a patient, and a processor. The processor may be configured to receive a proposed therapy dosing program that defines a fluid therapy for delivery to a patient via a medical fluid delivery device for a first period of time, determine a total dosage over a second period of time, where the second period of time at least partially overlaps the first period of time, and compare the total dosage over the second period of time to a reference dosage.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and techniques for programming drug delivery are described. Such techniques may account for diffusion and mixing of drug within the fluid or allow for more flexible programming options. In one example, a method may include determining one or more fluid delivery parameters (e.g., volume, flow rate, or period of time) for a fluid that is a mixture of two other fluids. The determination may be based on one or more fluid delivery parameters of the two other fluids and/or a concentration profile representing the mixing between the two other fluids. In other examples, drug delivery programming may be facilitated by the selection of various patterns and steps of drug delivery. The system may track volume of delivered fluid to maintain desired dosing of the patient.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for storing data records associated with a medical monitoring event in a data structure. These include initiating loop recording in an implantable medical device upon determination of a neurological event, wherein loop recording comprises storing a data record of a plurality of data records in a data structure, the plurality of data records representing information about determined neurological events. Methods and apparatus can further include determining a priority index for the plurality of data records based on severity levels of the determined neurological events and replacing older data records of the plurality of data records on the data structure with new data records according to the priority index, wherein the new data records selectively replace those data records in the data structure having the lowest associated priority index.

Abstract: Various embodiments concern reprogramming an implantable medical device by an external programmer to operate using a second program version, the second program version replacing a first program version in controlling operation of the implantable medical device. It can be determined whether the implantable medical device will be able to operate using the first program version to deliver therapy according to the first program version if the implantable medical device was to revert back to using the first program version. The implantable medical device can then revert to operational programming from the second program version to the first program version, the first program version saved in memory of the implantable medical device as a restore point while the implantable medical device operates according to the second program version between the reprogramming and reverting of the implantable medical device.

Abstract: A system for selecting a sensitivity level for adjusting an intensity setting for therapy provided to a patient includes one or more processors and one or more processors coupled to the memory. The one or more processors are configured to receive an indication of an input to adjust an intensity setting related to the therapy provided to the patient and determine a sensitivity level for adjustment of the intensity setting based on an efficacy of the therapy provided to the patient. The one or more processors are further configured to determine an updated intensity level for the intensity setting based on the sensitivity level and the input to adjust the intensity setting and output an instruction to cause a medical device to provide the therapy at the updated intensity level.
