摘要: A method of purifying triaryl phosphate to be used as electrical insulating oil, comprising a first step of washing the phosphate with the aqueous solution of alkali, a second step of diluting the phosphate with aromatic insulating oil, a third step of treating the diluted phosphate with acid clay in an atmosphere of dry gas so that the acid clay adsorbs the impurities in the phosphate and a fourth step of treating the phosphate under reduced pressure for removal of any remaining impurities therefrom.

摘要: A face recognition apparatus includes an image sequence acquiring unit, a face image acquiring unit, an intra-sequence classifying unit, an inter-sequence classifying unit, an identification unit, and a reference image storing unit. A plurality of cameras are attached in a corridor for monitoring one place with these cameras, so that when a plurality of moving people pass through, identification is performed for each moving people. Face images are classified into fragmental face image sets, and the fragmental face image sets are classified into integrated sets to achieve the identification.

摘要: Two TEGs are used for acquiring FET capacity. A first TEG includes a first base section of the same shape and same dimensions as a gate electrode of the FET whose capacity is to be acquired, and a first additional section added at one end of the first base section. A second TEG includes a second base section of the same shape and same dimensions as the first base section, a second additional section having the same shape and same dimensions as the first additional section and added to one end of the second base section, and a third additional section having the same shape and same dimensions as the second additional section and added to the other end of the second base section. The capacity between the body and source or between the body and drain of the FET whose capacity is to be acquired is estimated from the difference in capacity between the body and source or between the body and drain of the first TEG and second TEG.

摘要: A device for measuring elastic properties, comprising a long bar-like probe base (42) and probes (50a, 50c) fitted to the probe base (42) driven as to be pressed against and withdrawn from a living body tissue. The probes are so formed that generally semi-spherical contact balls (58) having stress detection bases (56) are fitted to the ends of leaf strings (52) and stress detection sensors (60) are disposed on the stress detection bases (56). Light-receiving elements are fitted to the opposite side of the leaf displacement sensors (62a, 62b). The stress sensors (60) and displacement sensors (62a, 62b) are connected to the device body through signal lines (92, 94), respectively. The profile of the displacement of the tissue is calculated and displayed in a manner indicating correlation with stress.
