摘要: A motor driving control device includes a motor driving unit, a position detection unit, a current detection unit and a control unit. The control unit includes a change detecting means configured to detect a predetermined phase change in the position signal, a first switching means configured to sequentially switch energization patterns of the coils with the plurality of phases based on a timing when the phase change is detected, and a second switching means configured to, in a state where the change detecting means does not detect the phase change, when a value of the drive current becomes a predetermined first threshold or more during a monitoring time period after a timing when the predetermined phase change in the position signal is expected, perform an operation to forcibly switch to a next energization pattern regardless of the timing of switching the energization pattern by the first switching means.

摘要: A motor drive controller includes: a motor drive unit; and a lock energization control circuit configured to control the motor drive unit to cause a lock current for holding the rotor at a predetermined lock position to flow from the motor drive unit to the drive coils for lock energization duration before rotation of the motor is started. The lock energization control circuit includes: a first lock energization unit that controls the motor drive unit such that a magnitude of the lock current becomes a first predetermined value when first predetermined duration has elapsed after the lock energization duration is started; and a second lock energization unit that controls the motor drive unit such that the magnitude of the lock current becomes a second predetermined value smaller than the first predetermined value when the lock energization duration is terminated after the first predetermined duration has elapsed.

摘要: A motor drive control device capable of reducing the occurrence of vibration in a simple circuit configuration is provided. The motor drive control device (1) includes a motor drive unit (2) that selectively energizes coils with a plurality of phases (Lu, Lv and Lw) of a motor (20) and a control circuit (4) that outputs a drive control signal (Sd) which is a PWM signal to the motor drive unit (2) and thereby controls driving of the motor (20) while switching energization phases of the coils with the plurality of phases (Lu, Lv and Lw) energized by the motor drive unit (2) in predetermined order. The control circuit (4) executes reduction control to temporarily reduce a duty ratio of the drive control signal (Sd) every time a period of 1/m (m is an integer of 2 or more) of a switching cycle of the energization phases elapses after switching the energization phases.
