The motor includes a stator having a stator core and a stator winding wound on the stator core, a rotor, a magnetic sensor configured to detect a magnetic field polarity of the rotor and output a corresponding signal, and a motor driving circuit configured to drive the rotor to rotate with respect to the stator based on the signal output from the magnetic sensor. At a rest position of the rotor, the magnetic sensor is arranged with an advance angle with respect to a polar axis of the rotor, to make the motor have a high starting torque.

摘要: A motor driving system is configured for driving a motor, which is under an inertial rotation status without being driven, to stably rotate from an original speed to a target speed. The motor driving system includes a sensing unit, a control unit and a driving unit. The sensing unit detects a real rotating status of the motor. The control unit is electrically connected with the sensing unit and provides a gradual acceleration command based on the real rotating status. The driving unit is electrically connected with the control unit and drives the motor to accelerate stably to the target speed according to the gradual acceleration command. In addition, a motor operation recovering method cooperated with the motor driving system is also disclosed.

摘要: In an embodiment, a motor driver comprises a multipurpose pin operable to couple the motor driver to a controller and judgment logic coupled to the multipurpose pin. The motor driver is operable to receive an input signal via the multipurpose pin and may be operable in a normal operation mode or a setting operation mode. The judgment logic may be operable to detect whether a prescribed pattern is present in the input signal, wherein the prescribed pattern indicates one of the normal operation mode or the setting operation mode, control at least a portion of the motor driver to operate in the setting operation mode when the prescribed pattern is detected in the input signal, and control at least the portion of the motor driver to operate in the normal operation mode when the prescribed pattern is not detected in the input signal.

The apparatus includes: a control part configured to drive a relay connected in parallel to an initial charging resistor of the initial charging part if a DC-link voltage of the DC-link part exceeds a first reference voltage during initial charging for the DC-link part; a relay monitoring part configured to monitor whether or not the relay is normally being operated when the relay is driven; and an inverter driving part configured to stop of the driving of the inverter part if it is determined that the relay is not normally being operated by referring to a result of the monitoring of the relay monitoring part.

摘要: An apparatus for a quasi variable frequency motor controller is includes a DFC module that applies a first frequency to a motor as part of a discrete frequency control (“DFC”) method for motor starting. The first frequency includes a discrete frequency in a plurality of discrete frequencies of the DFC method and each discrete frequency includes a frequency lower than a fundamental frequency of an alternating current (“AC”) voltage source providing power to the motor. The apparatus includes a torque module that determines when motor torque generated by the motor reaches a negative torque threshold and a next frequency module that applies a second frequency to the motor in response to the torque module determining that the motor torque has reached the negative torque threshold. The second frequency is a next frequency in the DFC method.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to swiftly start up an engine in a range in which electrical equipment having electric power supplied thereto by a battery is not reset, even in cases when the battery is insufficiently charged and the battery is deteriorated. An engine start-up device according to the present invention starts up an engine by transmitting, to the engine, the rotary force of a direct-current motor driven by a battery. The engine start-up device is provided with: a battery-voltage acquisition unit for acquiring the battery voltage of the battery; a target-current-value calculation unit which calculates, on the basis of the battery voltage acquired by the battery-voltage acquisition unit, a target current value for a motor current to be supplied from the battery to the direct-current motor; and a motor-current control unit for controlling a switching element which is connected to the direct-current motor, and through which the motor current flows, such that the motor-current value of the motor current approaches the target current value.

摘要: A soft start device for a power cutting machine tool, a control circuit group includes two end, one of which is connected with an input power source and the other is connected with each of two control switches. When the input power source provides a working voltage for the control circuit group, the control circuit group outputs a low-level signal to the control switches to enable a light emitting circuit group to lighting gradually from dark to light, whereby a resistance of a trigger circuit group decreases gradually to make motor setup the working voltage. Next, the control circuit group outputs a high-level signal after a period of time, to turn on the control switches for inputting voltage to the motor directly. The soft start device can not only decrease the noise during activation of the motor but effectively protect the internal components of an electronic device from damage.
