    摘要: An optical low-pass filter is disposed on a light-receiving surface of an imaging device. The filter has a light-transmitting substrate including at least one birefringent plate and an infrared-cut plate , a dust-proofing layer provided on a light-input surface of the light-transmitting substrate, and an infrared-cut coat layer provided between the dust-proofing layer and the light-transmitting substrate or on a light-output surface of the light-transmitting substrate. A surface of the dust-proofing layer contains fine roughness.

    摘要: A transparent display comprising first and second transparent substrates first and second transparent electrodes, a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer, and first and second light sources, is provided. The first and second transparent electrodes are mounted on the inside surfaces of the first and second transparent substrates. The inside surfaces of the first and second transparent substrates face each other. The polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer fills the gap between the first and second transparent electrodes. The polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer comprises a polymer material and a liquid crystal. The first and second light sources emit first and second light in predetermined directions, respectively. The predetermined directions are decided so that the first and second light are reflected at an outside surface.

    摘要: A transparent display comprising a transmittance control block and a display block is provided. The transparent display transmits an optical image from a front surface to a back surface. The optical image is projected onto the front surface. A first image is displayed on the transparent display and superimposed onto the optical image. The transmittance control block is mounted to the front surface side. The transmittance control block comprises a guest-host liquid crystal layer and transparent electrodes. The transmittance of the light incident to the guest-host liquid crystal layer is able to be adjusted. The guest-host liquid crystal is mounted between the transparent electrodes. The display block is mounted to the back surface side. The display block comprises an organo-electroluminescence device. The first image is displayed on the display block.

    摘要: An EL device has an intermediate layer, one electrode layer, being one of an anode layer and a cathode layer, and an organic layer that are disposed on a substrate in sequence. The one electrode layer, the intermediate layer, and the substrate have light-transmitting properties. The organic layer emits light through the one electrode layer, the intermediate layer, and the substrate to outside the EL device. The refractive index of the intermediate layer is between a refractive index of the one electrode layer and a refractive index of the substrate.
