    摘要: A synthetic resin container that effectively absorbs reduced pressure generated inside the container due to hot filling to maintain the appearance and shape. A synthetic resin container includes a mouth as a dispensing spout for a content medium, a trunk, extending contiguous to the mouth via a shoulder, and a bottom, closing a lower end of the trunk. The trunk is provided with reduced pressure absorbing panels, which are formed as ribs extending in the vertical direction while twisting in the circumferential direction about a central axis of the trunk and which are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction of the trunk. Twist angle of a lower end with respect to an upper end of each reduced pressure absorbing panel about the central axis is 50 degrees or more.

A bottom wall portion in a bottom portion thereof includes a grounding portion positioned at an outer circumferential edge thereof, a rising circumferential wall portion connected to the grounding portion from an inside of a bottle radial direction and extending upward, a movable wall portion protruding from an upper end part of the rising circumferential wall portion toward the inside of the bottle radial direction, and a recessed circumferential wall portion extending upward from an inner end part in the bottle radial direction of the movable wall portion. The movable wall portion is arranged to be movable upward together with the recessed circumferential wall portion, around a connected portion with the rising circumferential wall portion. A plurality of ribs are arranged in the movable wall portion radially around a bottle axis.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a bottle which is formed of a synthetic resin material into a cylindrical shape with a bottom. A bottom wall portion of a bottom of the bottle includes: a ground contact portion; a rising peripheral wall portion; a ring-shaped movable wall portion; and a depressed peripheral wall portion. The movable wall portion is rotatably disposed about a connecting part with the rising peripheral wall portion so as to move the depressed peripheral wall portion upward, and a concave and convex portion is formed over an entire circumference of the rising peripheral wall portion.

    摘要: A synthetic resin bottle has a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and a bottom wall portion that includes a grounding portion located at an outer circumferential edge, a rising circumferential wall portion that is connected from an inner side to the grounding portion and extends upward, an annular movable wall portion protruding from an upper end of the rising circumferential wall portion toward the bottle radial inner side, and a recessed circumferential wall portion between the bottle radial inner side and the movable wall portion. The movable wall portion is free to rotate around a portion connected to the rising circumferential wall portion so as to move the recessed circumferential wall portion in an upward direction. The rising circumferential wall portion extends to be gradually inclined toward the bottle inner side, and an inclined angle thereof is equal to or less than 10° with respect to a bottle axis.

    摘要: A technique which solves the problem of conventional laminating apparatuses that a substrate may be deformed when released by pushing lift pins against the substrate held on an adhesive member by suction. An upper table inside a chamber has, on its substrate holding face, an elastic plate provided with an elastic body, a vacuum suction means and a purge gas blow means. A plurality of adhesive pins are provided on an adhesive pin plate which can move up and down independently from the upper table. The upper table and the elastic plate have through holes through which the adhesive pins can move and the adhesive pins have adhesion means at their tips.

    摘要: With substrates to be bonded together becoming larger, there are problems in that a bonding apparatus needs to be built larger to maintain accuracy of products and operation of such a bonding apparatus becomes more complicated. A bonding apparatus includes Z-axis drive mechanisms, an upper chamber, and a lower chamber. The Z-axis drive mechanisms for moving an upper frame vertically are disposed at four corners of a mount. The upper chamber is suspended from the upper frame and has an upper table inside. The lower chamber has a lower table inside. The lower table is supported on the mount via a plurality of support legs. The upper chamber and the lower chamber are united together through a seal ring to define a vacuum chamber. The upper table is coupled to the upper frame and moved by the Z-axis drive mechanisms via the upper frame. Moving the upper frame moves the upper chamber vertically to open or close the vacuum chamber. The lower table is supported via a free joint stage between the plurality of support legs and the table. Further, the lower table is moved horizontally by a side thrust mechanism disposed on the outside of the vacuum chamber.

    摘要: A variable cam phaser (VCP) is disclosed in various modifications. The VCP includes a piston responsive to pressure in a fluid chamber having an inlet orifice and a plurality of outlets including a first outlet and a plurality of second outlets. A valve slide is movable to cover said second outlets one after another to pressurize the fluid chamber to displace the piston against a return spring. Outer and inner splined slides are drivingly mated with an internal helical spline of a cylindrical body secured to a sprocket and an external helical spline of a stub shaft secured to a camshaft. The splined slides are disposed between the piston and the return spring. Thus, movement of the piston and splined slides assembly in response to pressurization or depressurization of the fluid chamber advances or retards the valve timing or phase angle of the camshaft relative to the sprocket.
