    摘要: The invention provides a novel method for imparting water-repellency to a woven fabric such as velveteen by use of a silicone-based water-repellent agent. In addition to water-repellency, the fabric treated by the inventive method has many excellent characteristics required in a fancy fabric as well as susceptibility to bonding with a lining cloth by use of a hot-melt adhesive. The water-repellent agent used in the method comprises, in addition to an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, either one or a combination of a linear organopolysiloxane, in which at least 5% by moles of the organic groups are alkenyl, e.g. vinyl, groups, and a resinous organopolysiloxane composed of the monofunctional organosiloxane units and tetrafunctional siloxane units SiO.sub.2 in a limited molar proportion.

    摘要: Novel and improved paperboards useful for making gypsum wallboards, which are sized with a specific organopolysiloxane comprising mercaptoalkyl containing organosiloxane units and, optionally, methacryloxy-containing organosiloxane units in its molecular structure. The sizing compound is used in a relatively small amount and yet can exhibit an excellent effect within a very short time. The sized paperboards have adequately controllable moisture absorption as well as air permeability. They are used to cover or sandwitch a gypsum core to form a complete wallboard in a convenient and economical manner.

    摘要: A method of producing a drink contained in a container comprising steps of heating and thereby sterilizing a tea drink having pH of 4.6 or over and containing catechin in an amount of 30 mg % or over or an acidic drink having pH of less than 4.6 and thereafter maintaining the sterilized drink at a temperature within a range from 60° C. to 70° C. and, in the meanwhile, heating and thereby sterilizing and rinsing a container on at least its inner surface with heated water having a temperature within a range from 65° C. to 100° C., filling the drink in the sterilized container at a filling temperature within a range from 60° C. to 70° C. in an environment controlled space which is separated from an outside environment and in which filling and sealing apparatuses and an environment surrounding the filling and sealing apparatuses have been heated and thereby sterilized and rinsed with heated water having a temperature within a range from 65° C. to 100° C., and sealing the container filled with the drink and thereafter cooling the container to a normal temperature of 40° C. or below.
