摘要: A conductive film comprises a phosphide particle coated film formed by attaching raw material particles including phosphide particles comprising a compound of Ti and/or Fe, and P to a surface of a substrate material. This conductive film exhibits good corrosion resistant conductivity, and can be easily formed at low costs because of comprising the phosphide particle coated film. A corrosion-resistant conduction film comprises an iron-containing titanium phosphide layer containing Ti, Fe and P as essential basic elements. A corrosion-resistant conduction material having this corrosion-resistant conduction film on a surface of a substrate exhibits good corrosion resistance or conductivity. This corrosion-resistant conduction material can be obtained, for example, by a process comprising a plating step of forming an Ni plating layer on a surface of a Ti-based material substrate and a nitriding step of applying nitriding treatment to the Ti-based material substrate after the plating step at not more than 880 deg. C.

摘要: This invention realizes an editing system and control method thereof capable of significantly improving working efficiency of editing work. A proxy editing terminal device creates an EDL with low-resolution video/audio data, resulting in reducing time to create the EDL. Further, the low-resolution video/audio data and high-resolution video/audio data having the same contents and different resolutions are previously stored, so that the creation of a final edit list with the high-resolution video/audio data based on the EDL can be started in a short time after the EDL is created with the low-resolution video/audio data. Thus working efficiency of the editing work can be significantly reduced with reducing time to create the EDL and the final edit list.

摘要: An editing system and a control method for improving efficiency of editing work. The editing system is provided with a server for storing the video data of edit material. A memory stores the video data read from the server, the memory having accessibility faster than the server. An editing terminal for reading, processing, and editing required video data from the memory based on an edit list stored in a selected file. When opening the selected file, the editing terminal makes the server read the video data required for creating the edited video based on the edit list being stored in the file and makes the memory store and keep the video data.

摘要: A low-friction sliding member is used under a wet condition employing a lubricant, and includes a substrate having a surface, and an amorphous hard carbon film formed on the surface of the substrate for contacting slidably with a mating member. The amorphous hard carbon film includes silicon in an amount of from 1 atomic % or more to 20 atomic % or less, hydrogen in an amount of from 20 atomic % or more to 50 atomic % or less, and the balance of carbon and inevitable impurities, when the entirety is taken as 100 atomic %, and exhibits a surface roughness Rzjis of 0.8 μm or less. The low-friction sliding member exhibits reduced friction coefficients between itself and mating members, without relying on the adsorption and reaction of additives, included in lubricants, to the amorphous hard carbon films.

摘要: A method for bonding valve seats for intake and exhaust valves to an engine cylinder head. Valve seats are brazed to an aluminum cylinder head using an Al--Zn type brazing material and a fluoride type flux. The brazing material contains 70 to 90 % by weight of Zn. The brazing is preferably carried out at a temperature of 470.degree. to 520.degree. C. To allow the brazing material and flux to be present between the cylinder head and each valve seat, the cylinder head contains U-grooves formed around the opening of each intake or exhaust port. The U-groove consists of an annular step formed along the opening of the intake or exhaust port and a bank extended along the inner circumference of the step. The valve seats are placed in the U-grooves, which are then filled with the brazing material and flux, to carry out brazing of the valve seats onto the cylinder head. After completion of the brazing, the banks are removed to complete bonding of the valve seats to the cylinder head. In another method, a valve seat is directly bonded to a cylinder head by applying a fluoride type flux on the valve seat.
