摘要: A power conversion device that constitutes a converter-inverter unit where a converter to convert AC power to DC power and an inverter to convert DC power obtained by conversion of the converter to AC power are connected in series. A capacitor unit including a capacitor cell to accumulate therein the DC power obtained by conversion of the converter is provided between the converter and the inverter. A first conductor electrically connected to one of electrodes of the capacitor cell and a second conductor electrically connected to the other electrode of the capacitor cell are drawn out from the capacitor unit, and the first conductor is connected directly to positive-side capacitor connection terminals and of the converter and positive-side capacitor connection terminals and of the inverter, and the second conductor is connected directly to negative-side capacitor connection terminals and of the converter and negative-side capacitor connection terminals of the inverter.

摘要: An open part that has an opening surface that is perpendicular to the horizontal direction is formed in a housing of a vehicle control device. An interior of the housing is divided into a first space including the open part and a second space by a partitioning member, a main surface thereof having a hole formed therein and opposing the opening surface. The semiconductor cooling unit is housed in the first space. The semiconductor cooling unit is detachably attached in a direction in which the opening surface and the partitioning member oppose each other. An engaging member arranged on the cover of the semiconductor cooling unit engages a guide arranged on the housing, and the guide supports weight of the semiconductor cooling unit. A heat sink is provided on a base plate and forms a vertically-directed flow passage.

The first frame and the second frame each have an end portion fixed to a connection frame. The first frame includes a first attachment surface fixed to a first support surface. The second frame includes a second attachment surface fixed to a second support surface.

摘要: A housing of a power conversion device is partitioned into sealed and open parts. A first housing containing a primary-side electronic component connected to a primary winding of a transformer has a first opening through which a first connection conductor is inserted, the first opening being blocked by an aperture surface included in a third housing containing the transformer and filled with an insulating member. A shortest distance between the first connection conductor and an edge of the first opening is greater than or equal to a first threshold. A second housing containing a secondary-side electronic component connected to a secondary winding of the transformer has a second opening through which a second connection conductor is inserted, and is blocked by the aperture surface. A shortest distance between the second connection conductor and an edge of the second opening is greater than or equal to a second threshold.

摘要: A power conversion device includes a filter capacitor to accumulate therein DC power, and an element unit including a semiconductor element module to perform a switching operation for converting the DC power accumulated in the filter capacitor into AC power. The filter capacitor and the element unit are disposed in the same casing. A heat-resistant capacitor having a higher heat resistance than the filter capacitor is connected to the element portion by using a connection conductor, and is also connected to a busbar different from the connection conductor. An electrical connection between the filter capacitor and the element unit is established through the busbar, the connection conductor, and the heat-resistant capacitor.
