Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a coating agent giving a coating film that has good adhesion and stability over time, a decorative film having at least one layer formed from the coating agent; and an article decorated with the decorative film. The coating agent of the present invention contains, in a specific ratio, an olefin polymer (A) having a heat of fusion of in the range of 0 to 50 J/g and having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) as measured by GPC of 1×104 to 1000×104, a hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil (B) having a 40° C. kinematic viscosity of 30 to 500,000 cSt, and a tackifier (C) having an acid value of 10 or more and having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 0.9×103 to 3×103.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for producing a laminate including a step of laminating a resin impregnated fiber reinforced composition layer on a metal member, wherein the method includes a step of forming a resin coating on the metal member and a step of laminating a resin impregnated fiber reinforced composition layer containing a resin impregnated fiber reinforced composition containing (I) 20 to 80% by mass of a polymer having a melting point and/or a glass transition temperature of 50 to 300° C., and (C) 20 to 80% by mass of a reinforcing fiber (provided that the sum of the component (I) and the component (C) is taken as 100% by mass) via the above resin coating; and a laminate obtained by the method.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition, a laminate, a packaging material, a battery case packaging material, and a battery, and the composition includes: a modified olefin polymer (A) that is a modified olefin polymer, the modified olefin polymer being a polymer (a) of a C2 to C20 α-olefin modified by a monomer (b) having a functional group reactive with an epoxy group or an oxazoline group; a crosslinking agent (B) including at least one of an epoxy compound and an oxazoline compound; and a catalyst (C) having a pKa of 11 or more, the modified olefin polymer (A) satisfying the following requirements (i) and (ii): Requirement (i): the polymer (a) contains a structural unit derived from a C4 to C20 α-olefin, and Requirement (ii): a heat of fusion of the polymer (A), as measured according to JIS K7122, is 0 to 50 J/g.

Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for manufacturing a plated composite material, the method being capable of forming a plating layer having good adhesiveness to each of a plurality of resin parts each including a different resin. The method for manufacturing a plated composite material for solving the aforementioned problem includes: a step for preparing a composite material having a heat-resistant resin part and a silicone resin part; a step for treating, with an alkaline solution, a plating region of the composite material; a step for irradiating plasma on the plating region; a step for bringing the plating region in contact with a cationic catalyst-containing liquid; and a step for performing an electroless plating treatment on the plating region. The plating region includes at least a portion of the heat-resistant resin part and at least a portion of the silicone resin part.
