    摘要: An aluminum alloy die casting method comprising the steps of providing a die casting machine having a gate for allowing passage of molten aluminum alloy, setting a flow rate of the molten aluminum alloy at the gate to be in a range of 5 m/sec to 15 m/sec, and press-injecting the molten aluminum alloy into a cavity of a die. With this arrangement, it becomes possible to obtain a weldable casting with no entrapment of air. An aluminum alloy for a vehicular part, which is formed of a die cast product manufactured by the die casting method of the present invention, is weldable and also dense in structure. As a result, these vehicular parts formed of the die-cast products are manufactured on a large scale at a low cost.

    摘要: A process for measuring an unbalance of a torque converter, in which an outer member and an inner member of the torque converter are assembled, and oil is filled into the outer member to establish a condition similar to an actual service state of the torque converter. In this condition, the two members are rotated in unison. If the rotational speed of the torque converter reaches a measuring rotational speed, a plurality of measurements are conducted with the phase of the outer and inner members being varied between each measurement through a predetermined angle, thereby correctly detecting only an unbalance due to the outer member, with an unbalance due to the inner member being canceled from the results of the measurements. Cutting a balance weight having a weight sufficient to correct the detected unbalance from a metal tape and attached said cut balance weight to an outer periphery of the outer member of the torque converter at a given position by spot-welding or adhesive-bonding.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a floating-type foundation structure that supports a power generation system upon the ocean in the upright position. The foundation structure comprises: a main floating body consisting of a cylinder that is longer in the axial direction disposed such that its central axis becomes vertical so as to support the power generation system in the upright position; and auxiliary floating bodies attached to the main floating body by trusses so as to surround the main floating body. The lower portion of the main floating body that supports the power generation system in the upright position is submerged in the ocean while the upper portions of the auxiliary floating bodies are positioned upon the ocean surface. A flat plate larger in diameter than the cross section of the main floating body is installed so as to be as close to horizontal as possible in the underwater portion below the waterline of the main floating body.

The dynamic valve mechanism comprises a cam shaft 35 disposed on a cylinder head 34, an exhaust cam 36 disposed on the cam shaft and drives an exhaust valve 42 through an exhaust rocker arm 40, a rocker shaft 45 serving as the center of rocking motion of the exhaust rocker arm, an exclusive cam 38 disposed side by side with the exhaust cam 36 on the cam shaft, an oil passage housing 49 disposed to pass through under the rocker shaft 45 and having its one end facing the exclusive cam 38 and the other end facing the exhaust valve 42, a master piston 50 operated by the exclusive cam 38 to supply a hydraulic pressure to the other end of the oil passage housing 49, and a slave piston 54 which, under the hydraulic pressure supplied by the operation of the master piston, opens the exhaust valve 42 at a timing different from the valve opening timing by the exhaust cam 36.
