    摘要: Disclosed is a novel 1,4-thiazine derivatives represented by the following general formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 respectively represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group. Also disclosed are processes for preparation of a novel thiazine derivative represented by the general formula I, which comprise reacting a compound of the general formula III with a compound of the general formula A-X' in a compound containing a pyridinyl group as a solvent to obtain a compound of the general formula II: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are as defined above, A represents a group ##STR3## in which X represents a halogen atom and n is a number of 1 to 3, and X' represents a halogen atom which may be the same as or different from X, and reacting the compound of the general formula II with sulfur at elevated temperature or stirring the compound of the general formula II in a solution system comprising zinc and a carboxylic acid. Further disclosed is a cardiotonic agent comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and, as the active component thereof, an effective amount of the novel 1,4-thiazine derivative having the general formula I.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an electrostatic actuator includes an electrode unit, a conductive film body unit, a plurality of first urging units, and a plurality of second urging units. The electrode unit is provided on a substrate. The conductive film body unit is provided opposing the electrode unit. The plurality of first urging units are provided at a first circumferential edge portion of the conductive film body unit to support the film body unit. The plurality of second urging units are provided at a second circumferential edge portion opposing the first circumferential edge portion to support the film body unit. The electrode unit and the conductive film body unit contact or separate by the electrode unit being set to a voltage having a prescribed value. The plurality of first urging units have mutually different rigidities, and the plurality of second urging units have mutually different rigidities.

    摘要: Disclosed are a separator for lithium ion secondary batteries, having an inorganic layer formed from inorganic particles, characterized in that the inorganic particles have a particle diameter distribution in which the 50% cumulative particle diameter D50 is in the range of 100 nm to 500 nm, the 10% cumulative particle diameter D10 is 0.5D50 or more, and the 90% cumulative particle diameter D90 is 2D50 or less; a method for manufacturing the separator; and a lithium ion secondary battery using the separator. When the separator is used, there can be produced a lithium ion secondary battery in which a short circuit caused by contraction or melting can be definitely prevented, as well as the current density applied to the electrodes during charging and discharging is uniform so that charging and discharging can be efficiently achieved.

    摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises an electrostatic actuator, an estimation circuit, a storage circuit and a bias circuit. The electrostatic actuator has a top electrode, a bottom electrode, and an insulating film disposed between the top electrode and the bottom electrode. The estimation circuit estimates the amount of a charge accumulated in the insulating film of the electrostatic actuator. The storage circuit stores a result of the estimation of the charge amount by the estimation circuit. The bias circuit changes, on the basis of the estimation result stored in the storage circuit, a drive voltage to drive the electrostatic actuator.

    摘要: A modified porous non-conductor is provided wherein its outer and inner, surfaces have been treated by placing the porous non-conductor between a pair of electrodes which are located opposite to each other and carry a dielectric layer on a surface facing the other electrode, respectively, so that the porous non-conductor is brought into contact with both dielectric layers without coming into contact with the electrodes; and then, applying an alternating current voltage having a frequency of about 0.1 Khz to about 100 Khz between the electrodes to thereby induce an electric discharge in voids contained in the porous non-conductor and sandwiched between a pair of the electrodes.
