    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a heat-resistant tableware and a molded article of the heat-resistant tableware are provided. The manufacturing method of the heat-resistant tableware includes: providing a polyester composite material that includes 50 wt % to 85 wt % of polyethylene terephthalate, 0 wt % to 5 wt % of an organic nucleating agent, and 10 wt % to 30 wt % of an inorganic nucleating agent; and injecting the polyester composite material into a mold in an injection molding process, in which a mold temperature of the mold is controlled to be not less than 110° C., and a crystallinity of the polyester composite material in the mold is controlled to be between 20% and 30%, so that the polyester composite material is formed into the molded article of the heat-resistant tableware in the mold, and the molded article has a heat distortion temperature of not less than 150° C.

    Abstract: A use of a low specific gravity PET composite material that is suitable for manufacturing a tableware article by injection molding is provided. The tableware article provides a balance between aesthetic appearance and food safety and can be used in place of melamine tableware. The low specific gravity PET composite material includes 66.5-96.3 wt % of PET, 0-20 wt % of PBT, 3-10 wt % of an inorganic filler, 0.1-0.5 wt % of an antioxidant, 0.1-1 wt % of a processing aid, and 0.5-2 wt % of a nucleating agent, and the total amount of all components is 100 wt %.

    Abstract: A polyamide-long glass fiber reinforced composite material and a method for producing the same are respectively provided. The composite material includes an impregnating material and a glass fiber material. The impregnating material includes a polyamide resin, a toughener, and a compatibilizer. The toughener is an elastomer composed of a first polyolefin material and modified by maleic anhydride. The compatibilizer is a resin material composed of a second polyolefin material and modified by the maleic anhydride. A first melt flow index of the toughener is less than a second melt flow index of the compatibilizer. The glass fiber material is impregnated and covered by the impregnating material. The glass fiber material includes a long glass fiber, and a surface of the long glass fiber is modified by at least one of a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group.

    Abstract: An extruder and an LFT extrusion member manufactured thereby, and the extruder uses a long fiber thermoplastic (LFT) as a raw material to produce LFT extrusion members such as LFT sheets, pipes and profiles by a continuous extrusion molding process. The structural improvement of the extruder screw, including the screw body having three different thread groove deep sections, in sequence, a feed section, a compression section and a metering section, so that the LFT extrusion member produced by the extruder has high strength, high stiffness, high dimensional stability, low warpage and resistance to creep.
