Abstract: A transmission housing of a drive device is fixed to one side in an axial direction of a motor housing that includes a first housing and a second housing fixed to another side in the axial direction of the first housing. The transmission housing includes a third housing fixed to the first housing and a fourth housing fixed to one side in the axial direction of the third housing. A bolt fixing the first and second housings passes through a through-hole of the second housing from the another side in the axial direction, and is fixed to a bolt hole of the first housing. A bolt fixing the second and third housings passes through a through hole of the first housing from the another side in the axial direction, and is fixed to a bolt hole of the third housing.

Abstract: In a drive device, a housing includes an outer lid that covers one side in an axial direction of a motor shaft. A pump includes an external gear fixed to an end on one side in the axial direction of the motor shaft, an internal gear surrounding a radial outside of the external gear and meshing with the external gear, a pump room recessed from a surface on the other side in the axial direction of an outer lid toward one side in the axial direction, the pump room accommodating the internal gear and the external gear, a suction port through which the oil is to be sucked into the pump room, and a discharge port through which the oil is to be discharged from the pump room. The motor shaft includes a motor shaft body to which a rotor core is fixed and a closer fixed to the motor shaft body to overlap the internal gear, and close at least a portion of the opening on the other side in the axial direction of the pump room.

Abstract: In a drive apparatus, a ring gear of a differential device is rotatable about a third axis in a direction opposite to a counter gear of a deceleration device. The inner surface of the gear housing accommodating the deceleration device, the differential device, and the reservoir capable of storing a fluid includes a first curved surface disposed in the +X direction with respect to the third axis and a second curved surface disposed in the +X direction with respect to the second axis. At least a part of the first curved surface faces the radially outer end portion of the ring gear in the radial direction and extends in the circumferential direction. At least a part of the second curved surface faces the radially outer end portion of the counter gear in the radial direction and extends in the circumferential direction. The position of the reservoir in the Y-axis direction overlaps the first curved surface and the second curved surface.
