Abstract: A cooling device includes a first cooling section, a second cooling section, a first pump section, a second pump section, a branch section, a first flow path section, a second flow path section, a merging section, and a connection section. The branch section branches a refrigerant into two. The first flow path section connects the first cooling section and the first pump section, and one portion of the refrigerant passes through the first flow path section. The second flow path section connects the second cooling section and the second pump section, and another portion of the refrigerant passes through the second flow path section. The merging section merges the refrigerant having passed through each of the first flow path section and the second flow path section. The connection section connects the first and second flow path sections between the branch section and the merging section.

Abstract: A cooling device is provided with a cooling unit that includes a cold plate extending in a first direction; a pump and a tank disposed on one side in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction of the cold plate; and a partition member extending in the first direction and covering the cold plate on one side in the second direction. Abstract: A fan includes an impeller and a metallic base portion. The base portion is arranged to be in thermal contact with a heat source. The impeller includes a resin portion including a plurality of blades, and a metal plate. In addition, the metal plate includes a flat plate portion arranged below the blades. A lower surface of the flat plate portion and an upper surface of the base portion are arranged axially opposite to each other with a gap intervening therebetween. An axial dimension of the gap is arranged to be 200 □m or less at least at a portion of the gap. Heat of the heat source is transferred to the metal plate through radiation from the base portion. Then, an air current produced by the impeller absorbs the heat from the metal plate. The heat generated from the heat source is thus efficiently discharged to an outside.

Abstract: A motor includes a stationary unit and a rotary unit. The flexible wiring substrate includes a connection portion arranged higher than the lower surface of the base portion and connected to the stator. The connection portion includes a solder portion arranged on a lower surface thereof to cover a portion of a lead wire extending from a coil of the stator. At least a portion of the solder portion is positioned within the hole.

No heat receiving portion tube fluid channel is arranged in the pump inlet-side tube fluid channel.
