Abstract: One aspect of a noise compensation adjustment method includes: a measurement step of driving a motor to measure noise with respect to a coupled system including the motor and a driving body coupled to the motor and driven by the motor; an order identification step of, based on noise measured in the measurement step, identifying an order B of a component contributing to compensation of the noise from a k-th component and a 1/k-th component (k is an integer) in the rotation of the motor; an adjustment step of controlling driving of the motor using a component of the order B identified in the order identification step as a compensation value, and adjusting a component value of the order B to reduce the noise; and a recording step of recording the component value of the order B adjusted in the adjustment step as a compensation value for reducing the noise.

Abstract: A motor includes a cylindrical rotor core, and a magnet group including first magnets and second magnets alternately arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor core. A first magnetic flux line generated in the first magnets extends along a radial direction of the rotor core, and a second magnetic flux line generated in the second magnets is inclined with respect to the first magnetic flux line. The rotor core includes an inner portion located on a radially inner side of the magnet group and an outer portion located on a radially outer side of the magnet group. The outer portion includes a first iron core that covers the first magnet from the radially outer side, and a second iron core that covers at least a portion of the second magnet in the central axis direction of the rotor core from the radially outer side.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnets and a support supporting the permanent magnet. The support includes at least one of an outside support fixed to a radial outside of the outer cores to circumferentially support an end face of the permanent magnet from both sides and an inside support fixed to a radial inside of the outer cores to circumferentially support the end face of the permanent magnet from both sides. Each of the outer cores includes an opposite face parallelly opposed to the end face of the permanent magnet in the circumferential direction. The outside support and the inside support each includes a support face circumferentially supporting the end face. The support face is disposed on a side closer to a center line of the permanent magnet than the opposite face in the circumferential direction.

Abstract: A motor includes a rotor that rotates centered on a central axis extending in an axial direction, and a stator. The stator includes a stator iron core in which a plurality of laminated iron cores each including a tooth portion extending in a radial direction are arranged in a circumferential direction, and coils wound around the tooth portion. The laminated iron core includes a plurality of flat plate-shaped iron core pieces laminated in a plate thickness direction. The iron core piece is made of a non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate. A rolling direction of the iron core piece is inclined with respect to the radial direction. The laminated iron core is preferably formed by laminating the iron core pieces to be arranged with a same inclination. At least a pair of the laminated iron cores adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction has inclinations opposite to each other.

Abstract: A motor control system includes an inverter, a voltage control calculating a voltage command value indicating a voltage to be applied to a motor from the inverter based on a deviation between the current command value and the actual current detection value, and a torque ripple compensation unit adding a compensation value for compensating a torque ripple in the motor to a signal value on an upstream side in a signal flow that passes through the voltage control unit. The torque ripple compensation unit includes a phase compensator calculating a compensation value component in the voltage control unit based on an actual angular velocity value indicating an angular velocity at which the motor rotates, and an inverse characteristic processor calculating a compensation value component for compensating the torque ripple based on an inverse characteristic of an open loop transfer function in a feedback control.

Abstract: A rotor used in an outer rotor motor includes a rotor holder in a tubular shape extending along a center axis, a rotor core in a tubular shape extending in an axial direction and being fixed to a surface of the rotor holder, directed radially inward, and permanent magnets bonded to an inner circumferential surface of the rotor core and side by side in a circumferential direction. The rotor core includes projection portions projecting radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core. One or more of the projection portions are in a gap between the permanent magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Each of the projection portions has an axial length shorter than an axial length of each of the permanent magnets.

Abstract: One aspect of a rotor of the present invention includes: a rotor core rotatable about a central axis; and a rotor magnet fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core. The plurality of magnetized portions include a plurality of radially magnetized portions whose magnetization direction is a radial direction and a plurality of non-radially magnetized portions whose magnetization direction is different from the radial direction. The rotor core is a non-magnetic member that has a hole, recessed from a surface on one side in an axial direction of the rotor core to the other side in the axial direction and is made of a non-magnetic material. The hole is located on the radially inner side of the radially magnetized portion.
