    摘要: A manufacturing method includes a preparing step, an intermediate pressing step, a heating step, and a hot stamping step. In the preparing step, a blank is prepared. In the intermediate pressing step, press working is applied to the blank to produce an intermediate formed product. In the heating step, the intermediate formed product is heated. In the hot stamping step, press working is applied to the intermediate formed product to produce a panel-like formed product. In the hot stamping step, a machine including a first die, a second die, a punch, and a blank holder is used. While the intermediate formed product is pinched between the first die and the punch, the second die and the blank holder are moved relative to the first die and the punch, and thereby, the panel-like formed product is produced.

    摘要: A panel comprises a reinforcing unit including a plurality of first rectangular regions and a plurality of second rectangular regions. The first and second rectangular regions are in rows and columns, the first and second rectangular regions in each row being arranged alternately and the first and second rectangular regions in each column being arranged alternately. Each of the first rectangular regions includes a fully-covering first protrusion protruding in a first direction perpendicular to an imaginary reference plane and having a flat top surface. Each of the second rectangular regions includes a partially-covering second protrusion protruding in a second direction opposite to the first direction and having a flat top surface. A partially-covering reinforcing protrusion extends between opposite sides and protrudes in the first direction and having a flat top surface.     摘要: A method for producing a press-formed product includes a first pressing step and a second pressing step. In the first pressing step, an intermediate formed product is formed from a processed material by using first press tooling. The intermediate formed product includes a stepped section of a top plate section, a temporary vertical wall section adjacent to the top plate section via a ridge section and having at least part of the shape of the vertical wall section, and a temporary flange section adjacent to the temporary vertical wall section via a temporary ridge section. In the second pressing step, the press-formed product is formed from the intermediate formed product. In the second pressing step, forming is performed such that the temporary ridge section is moved toward the temporary flange section with at least part of the top plate section of the intermediate formed product restricted.
