摘要: This bonded and stacked core manufacturing method is for manufacturing a bonded and stacked core by performing press working on a strip-shaped steel sheet with a press working oil applied to one surface or both surfaces thereof, applying an adhesive to one surface of the strip-shaped steel sheet to obtain a plurality of steel sheet components, and stacking and bonding the steel sheet components, in which a curing accelerator having an average viscosity of 0.01 Pa·s to 100 Pa·s is applied to one surface or both surfaces of the strip-shaped steel sheet before the press working oil is applied.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention includes a process of executing hot rolling on a slab to obtain a hot-rolled sheet; a process of executing hot-rolled sheet annealing on the hot-rolled sheet to obtain an annealed hot-rolled sheet; a process of executing cold rolling on the annealed hot-rolled sheet to obtain a cold-rolled sheet; a process of executing decarburization annealing on the cold-rolled sheet to obtain a decarburization annealed sheet; a process of applying an annealing separator containing alumina as a main component to the decarburization annealed sheet; and a process of executing final annealing on the decarburization annealed sheet to which the annealing separator is applied, wherein the annealing separator contains 28% to 50% by mass of MgO, and wherein an application amount of the annealing separator is 6.0 to 14.0 g/m2 per one surface of the decarburization annealed sheet.

摘要: This grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a base steel sheet, an intermediate layer that is formed on a surface of the base steel sheet and mainly contains silicon oxide, and an insulation coating that is formed on the surface of the intermediate layer. A number density of the oxide particles in a region from the surface of the base steel sheet to a depth of 10 μm toward an inside of the base steel sheet is 0.020 oxide particles/μm2 or less. In the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, an area rate of an intermediate layer-remaining region n which the intermediate layer does not peel off but remains in a region in which the insulation coating peels off after a bend test performed using a mandrel according to JIS K 5600-5-1 (1999) is 20% or more.
