摘要: To present a regenerated cutting blade, capable of regenerating efficiently by saving the cost and labor for regenerating a cutting blade, and improved in the grinding efficiency of a shearing type grinder to be close to that of a new cutting blade, when mounted and used in a shearing type grinder, including a fixed part 125, and a blade tip 127 projecting outward from this fixed part 125, in which the blade tip 127 has a leading end edge 109 pointed toward the rotating direction, and side edges 110 on the lateral side outer periphery including the blade tip 127, the leading end edge 109 and the side edges 110 are regenerated and formed by build-up welding, and the lateral sides are provided with slip preventive build-up welding parts 111, 112, 113 of the workpiece extending from the side edges 110 toward the central side of its rotation or the central direction, being formed by three regenerating processes.

摘要: A regenerated cutting blade to be mounted and used in a shearing type grinder. The cutting blade includes a fixed part and a blade tip projecting outward from this fixed part, in which the blade tip has a leading edge pointed toward the rotating direction. Side edges 110 on the lateral side outer periphery including the blade tip, the leading end edge and the side edges are regenerated and formed by build-up welding. The lateral sides are provided with slip preventive build-up welding parts 111, 112, 113 extending from the side edges 110 toward the central side of its rotation or the central direction, and the build-up welding parts are formed by three regenerating processes.

摘要: From a methoxy-, tertiary butyl-, or phenoxy-substituted toluene, a corresponding substituted benzaldehyde is obtained by the catalytic gas-phase oxidation of the substituted toluene with a molecular oxygen-containing gas in the presence of a catalyst composition represented by the formula, V.sub.a X.sub.b Y.sub.c O.sub.d, wherein X stands for at least one element from among Na, K, Rb, Cs, and Tl (with the exception of a case wherein K is used alone), Y for at least one element from among Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Nb, Ta, P, Sb, Bi, Cu, Ag, Ti, Fe, Co, Ni, Sn, Ce, and Zn, and a, b, c, and d jointly represent an atomic ratio of the relevant elements.

摘要: A portalbe apparatus is disclosed for the diagnosis of a rotating machinery utilizing a fast Fourier transform frequency spectrum analysis system. The presence or absence of an abnormality or trouble in the rotating machinery is determined by selecting high amplitudes out from the frequency spectrum computed by the FFT frequency spectrum analysis system, arithmetically processing distribution data of spectrum amplitudes adjacent each frequency giving the corresponding high amplitude, and detecting the amplitude, at which the frequency of vibrations of the rotating machinery has attained a maximum value, together with such frequency. The diagnosis of the rotating machinery with this apparatus can be performed in situ, i.e., at the site of installation of such machinery.

摘要: A catalyst for the production of unsaturated aldehydes is provided which is represented by the general formulaBi.sub.a W.sub.b Fe.sub.c Mo.sub.d A.sub.e B.sub.f C.sub.g D.sub.h O.sub.xwherein Bi represents bismuth, W represents tungsten, Fe represents iron, Mo represents molybdenum, O represents oxygen, A represents nickel and/or cobalt, B represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals and thallium, C represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of phosphorus, arsenic, boron, antimony, tin, cerium, lead and niobium, D presents at least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminum, zirconium and titanium, a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h and x represent the atomic ratios of the individual elements, and when d is taken as 12, a=0.1-10.0, b=0.5-10.0 (provided that a/b=0.01-6.0), c=0.1-10.0, e=2.0-20.0, f=0.001-10.0, g=0-10.0, and h=0-30, and x takes a number determined by the atomic valences of the individual elements. The Bi component is introduced thereinto in the form of an oxide obtained beforehand by calcining a mixture of a bismuth compound and a tungsten compound at a temperature of 600.degree. to 900.degree. C.
