摘要: A document recognizing system in which a document-forming work station coupled with a scanner, a file station for storing image data, and a recognition work station for recognizing a document image are interconnected through a network. In the document recognizing system, the character image data entered from the scanner is transferred to the file station through the document-forming work station, and the recognition result of the character image data by the recognition work station is also transferred to the file station and stored therein, allowing the operator to read out a necessary recognition result at the time of forming a desired document in the document-forming work station.

摘要: The present invention aims to produce a safe and reliable medical composition, which efficiently boosts nonspecific immunity of antigen-presenting cells and thereby promotes an antitumor activity. To produce the medical composition, antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells are exposed to an activating reagent containing baculoviruses. Then, the antigen-presenting cells are separated from the activating reagent. The antigen-presenting cells are optionally cultured after the separation. Furthermore, an absence of the baculoviruses in the composition are optionally checked. The medical composition produced by the present invention is expected to have an outstanding therapeutic effect.

摘要: An obtaining unit obtains information about a condition where a vehicle is placed. A detection unit detects at least one of a voice and an action of an occupant of the vehicle. An estimation unit estimates an in-vehicle apparatus to be a controlled target according to the condition where the vehicle is placed. A determination unit determines an in-vehicle apparatus to be a controlled in-vehicle apparatus and determines a control content thereof in consideration of the at least one of a voice and an action. A notification unit notifies the occupant of the in-vehicle apparatus to be controlled and the control content thereof determined by the determination unit. A control unit controls the in-vehicle apparatus according to the determination of the determination unit when receiving a response to the notification of the notification unit from the occupant to permit the control of the in-vehicle apparatus.

摘要: A fuel injection valve for an engine includes a nozzle located in the vicinity of a cylinder head of the engine. The nozzle has nozzle holes each being opposed to an in-cylinder space defined in a cylinder of the engine. Each nozzle hole has an imaginary injection line that extends from each nozzle hole into the in-cylinder space. The imaginary injection line is directed toward either an upper surface of the piston or the wall surface of the cylinder. The in-cylinder space includes divided spaces each including the nozzle and at least one imaginary injection line. The divided spaces include a piston-side divided space and a head-side divided space. The head-side divided space contains fuel and air mixed at an air fuel ratio that is greater than an air fuel ratio of fuel and air in the piston-side divided space.
