    摘要: Disclosed is a method and a sensing device capable of measuring a predetermined measurement gas component continuously and accurately with good response over a long period of time without being affected by a high oxygen concentration in a measurement gas. The measurement gas is introduced into a first processing zone. A first electrochemical pumping cell is used to lower a partial pressure of oxygen in an atmosphere thereof to a degree sufficient to control a partial pressure of oxygen in a subsequent second processing zone. The gas is introduced into the second processing zone. Oxygen in an atmosphere is pumped out by using a second electrochemical pumping cell so that the partial pressure of oxygen in the atmosphere is controlled to have a low value of partial pressure of oxygen which does not substantially affect measurement of an amount of the measurement gas component. The gas is introduced into a third processing zone. Oxygen produced by reducing or decomposing the measurement gas component is pumped out by using a third electrochemical pumping cell. The amount of the measurement gas component is determined from a detected value of a pumping current flowing through the third electrochemical pumping cell. The amount of the measurement gas component may be also determined by measuring an electromotive force by using an electrochemical sensor cell, in place of the third electrochemical pumping cell.

    摘要: This electromagnetic coupling structure includes a laminated body that is laminated with an inner dielectric layer interposed between inner conductive layers, one pair of outer dielectric layers facing each other with the laminated body interposed therebetween, and one pair of outer conductive layers facing each other with the one pair of outer dielectric layers interposed therebetween. The one pair of outer conductive layers include wiring portions and conductive patch portions disposed at front ends of the wiring portions, and the conductive patch portions have portions longer than the wiring portions in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the wiring portions. In the laminated body, a hole passing through the inner dielectric layer and the inner conductive layers is arranged, and the one pair of outer conductive layers are electromagnetically coupled through a metal film formed inside the hole.

    摘要: Fluid inlet and outlet portions are provided for introducing and discharging a hydraulic fluid. The fluid outlet portion includes a plurality of outlet ports. A drive shaft is provided that rotates about its axis. A plurality of volume variable pump chambers are arranged about the drive shaft and rotated by the same. The pump chambers are arranged between the fluid inlet and outlet portions for compressing the hydraulic fluid from the fluid inlet portion before discharging the same from the fluid outlet portion. The pump chambers are exposed to the outlet ports separately one after another when the pump chambers are rotated by the drive shaft. A discharge rate varying mechanism is provided that varies a fluid discharge rate of each of the outlet ports by varying the amount of the fluid led to the outlet ports.

A first coil spring is provided to force the cam ring in a direction for increasing of a rate of change of the working-chamber volume. A second coil spring is provided to force the cam ring in a direction for decreasing of the rate of change of the working-chamber volume. The first and second coil springs are laid out on both sides of an arm portion of the cam ring in a manner so as to be opposed to each other.

    摘要: A structure and method are provided for forming a through hole at one portion of a side wall of an expanded portion made by plastically deforming one part of a metal tube radially outward, in a portion where the plate thickness gradually changes. A slide tool is withdrawn from inside a punch hole while applying hydraulic pressure to the inside of the side wall. Regarding a tip end face of the slide tool, a portion facing the portion of the side wall where the plate thickness is relatively thick is recessed. At the instant of commencing withdrawal of the slide tool, the degree of progress in the shearing for the portions of the side wall matching with the two side edges of the punch hole is made different. Then, the timing for moving from shearing to rupture is made to coincide, so that of the side wall, the portions matching with the punch hole, are made reliably into a blank, and are extracted from the side wall.
