摘要: A motor includes a stator formed by assembling plural divided-stator-members—each one of the members having a tooth—into an annular shape, and a rotor facing the stator. The divided stator members are formed by laminating plural core sheets and bonding at least parts of end faces along the laminating direction of the core sheets. This structure allows forming a lamination of the core sheets without welding, which avoids damaging electrical insulation between each core sheet. Eddy current thus does not increase at an inner rim of the stator, where magnetic flux intensely changes. The motor efficiency is, therefore, not adversely affected. As a result, a small, efficient and high performance motor in a simple structure is obtainable. A compressor employing the same motor and enjoying the advantages of the motor is also obtainable.

摘要: In a closed loop control method of a linear vibration actuator which vibrates linearly and energized by a switching element driven in a PWM control method, a crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) of the back electromotive force occurring in the linear vibration actuator is detected (S14). The detected crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) is compared with a reference value (Bcr, Bpr) (S15), and adjusting the PWM duty (α) applied to the switching element and controlling the operating frequency of the linear vibration actuator to resonant frequency (S16 to S19), thereby keeping the crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) of the back electromotive force always constant.

摘要: A motor includes a rotor with interior permanent magnets and a stator with teeth wound by concentrated windings. Each permanent magnet is split along a plane oriented towards the stator, and an electrically insulating section is set between the spilt magnet pieces. This structure allows each permanent magnet to be electrically split, thereby restraining the production of an eddy current. As a result, heat-production is dampened thereby preventing heat demagnetization of the permanent magnets.

摘要: A motor has a stator formed by assembling stator members in an annular shape. The stator member includes a core segment formed of laminated electromagnetic steel sheets, an electrical insulator covering the core segment, and a coil wound on a tooth of the core segment via the insulator. At least parts of the insulator contacting the coil is made of highly heat-conductive insulating resin. A motor has a stator iron core formed of laminated electromagnetic steel sheets, and the motor includes a highly heat-conductive insulating sheet disposed on the laminated face of a slot of the stator iron core and a coil wound in a slot via the sheet. These structures allow the heat generated by the coil to travel to the core segment with ease, because of the resin or the sheet disposed between the core segment and the coil, thereby cooling the motor efficiently. As a result, a continuous output rating is improved, and a highly efficient motor with long service life, free from shortening its service life due to the heat, can be realized.
