    摘要: There is provided a polyester resin composition excellent in mechanical properties, heat deformation temperature, surface appearance, dimensional stability and mold releasing ability, and a process for preparing the same. The polyester resin composition contains a thermoplastic polyester resin and layered phyllosilicate, wherein the layered phyllosilicate in the resin composition satisfies at least one of the following conditions (a) to (c):(a) ratio of layered phyllosilicate having equivalent area circle diameter [D] of at most 3,000 Å is at least 20%;(b) a mean value of equivalent area circle diameter [D] is at most 5000 Å;(c) the number of particles [N] per unit ratio of layered phyllosilicate present in 100 μm2 of a resin composition is at least 30.

    摘要: A press-forming device includes a punch and a die, as a mold to be measured, and a strain measurement means arranged within the mold and measuring a strain amount generated by press-forming. The strain measurement means is positioned at the press-direction side relative to a radius end of a die shoulder on the material flow-out side when the mold is positioned at a lower dead point of press-forming. The strain measurement means is preferably positioned within a region defined by a surface which is away from the center of curvature of a curved surface of the mold by the distance ten times R, where R is a curvature radius of the curved surface.

    摘要: A galvannealed steel sheet includes: a steel sheet; a galvannealed layer which is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet and includes Al, Fe, and the balance composed of Zn and inevitable impurities; and a composite oxide layer of Mn, Zn, and P which is formed on the surface of the galvannealed layer, includes Mn, P, and Zn, and has the P/Mn ratio of equal to or higher than 0.3 and equal to or lower than 50. The galvannealed layer includes a flat portion having an area ratio of equal to or higher than 10% and equal to or lower than 70% and a rough portion which is at a position closer to the steel sheet than the flat portion at the interface of the galvannealed layer and the composite oxide layer 5. The composite oxide layer of Mn, Zn, and P contains an amorphous compound.
