The heating blade unit includes: an electric heater, a blade, and a cover made of a thermosetting resin. The blade includes a treatment surface, an installation surface that is provided on a side opposite to the treatment surface and on which the electric heater is installed, and a support surface that is provided at a position different from a position at which the installation surface is provided. The cover integrally covers the electric heater, and one or more surfaces of the blade.

    摘要: In a treatment instrument, one of a pair of jaws is supported by a supporter while being pivot able around the supporter with respect to the supporter. A drive member moves along a longitudinal axis so that the pair of the jaws are closed with respect to each other, thereby applying an axial force onto an elongated member from the drive member by way of the one of the jaws and the supporter in a direction along the longitudinal axis. A contact surface of the elongated member abuts on a housing when the elongated member moves with respect to the housing under the axial force, thereby suppressing rotation of the elongated member around the longitudinal axis with respect to the housing.

In the first jaw, a heating wire continues without branching from a first extending end to a second extending end, and heat is generated over an entire length from the first extending end to the second extending end when the electric current flows through the heating wire. In a heating portion, a calorific value per unit area is higher in a distal portion than in a proximal portion in the first jaw when the heat is generated from the heating wire. On a treatment surface of the first jaw, an amount of heat transfer from the heating portion is greater in the distal portion than in the proximal portion.

    摘要: An electrically conductive plate of a treatment instrument includes a treating surface and a back surface facing an opposite side of the treating surface, and an electric component is arranged on the back surface of the electrically conductive plate. The electric component is electrically independent from the electrically conductive plate, and a holder supports the electrically conductive plate from the back surface side. A connector is made of a thermoplastic resin, and arranged on either side of and spaced from the electric component in a width direction intersecting with a longitudinal axis. The connector stationarily fixes each end of the electrically conductive plate in the width direction to the holder.
