Abstract: An endoscope puncture needle is provided with: an outer sheath; a needle tube arranged inside the outer sheath; an operation main body; a needle slider; an engaging mechanism; a proximal-end-side inner tube arranged at an inside of a proximal end of the outer sheath; and a distal-end-side inner tube arranged inside a distal end section of the outer sheath and has an inner circumferential surface that is relatively harder than the proximal-end-side inner tube. When the needle slider is engaged to the operation main body, a distal end of the needle tube is arranged inside the distal-end-side inner tube.

Abstract: A stent delivery method includes: forming through-holes in an alimentary canal wall and a cyst wall so as to communicate with each other; passing a stent through the through-holes and placing a first expandable part in the alimentary canal and a second expandable part in the cyst; allowing the first expandable part to expand to an expanded state in the alimentary canal; and, after the expansion of the first expandable part, allowing the second expandable part to expand in the cyst while the alimentary canal wall is pressed by the first expandable part in the expanded state.

Abstract: A puncture needle for an endoscope includes a flexible sheath having a longitudinal axis and deformed to be bent by a raising base, a flexible needle tube having a needle tip and a distal opening section and that is movable in the sheath with respect to the sheath, and a stylet having a distal end surface that is able to advance and retreat in the needle tube and protrude and withdraw from needle tube along the longitudinal axis of the sheath, wherein the stylet retracts the needle tip such that the needle tip of the needle tube is separated from an inner surface of the sheath as the distal end surface of the stylet comes in contact with the inner surface of the sheath formed in the bent shape.

Abstract: An endoscopic surgical device that includes: a sheath; a manipulator; a manipulation wire; a clip body having a pair of arms, connected to a distal end of the manipulation wire, and configured to be capable of advancing and retracting in accordance with manipulation of the manipulator along with a longitudinal axis of the manipulation wire; a holding tube into which a proximal portion of the clip body is inserted to be capable of advancing and retracting; and a biasing member configured to hold a position of the manipulation wire at an initial position. Abstract: An endoscope treatment tool includes: a sheath; a clip unit; a biasing member arranged between a distal end part of the sheath and the clip unit; and a first rotation preventing part capable of preventing the clip unit from rotating relative to the distal end part of the sheath about a longitudinal axis. The clip unit includes: a clip body; a holding tube; and a second rotation preventing part capable of preventing the clip body from rotating relative to the holding tubes about the longitudinal axis. The biasing member biases the holding tube so as to separate from the distal end part of the sheath. When a proximal end part of the holding tube comes into contact with the distal end part of the sheath against the biasing force of the biasing member, the first rotation preventing part prevents the relative rotation of the clip unit.

Abstract: A biopsy system includes an endoscope which includes an insertion portion having a channel, and a bendable portion provided in a distal end portion of the insertion portion; a needle tube which includes a distal end region, and a proximal end region having a higher bending rigidity than that of the distal end region; a sheath which can be inserted into the channel and inserted through by the needle tube; an attachment adapter which is provided on a proximal end side of the sheath and is capable of being mounted at the endoscope; and a connection member which connects the distal end region and the proximal end region, wherein the connection member can move within only a range of the insertion portion more proximal than a proximal end of the bendable portion and more distal than a proximal end of a follow-bending region.
