    Abstract: A heat resistant sheath for endoscope includes a main body sheath into which an insertion portion of an endoscope apparatus is inserted, and into which a cooling fluid is supplied by a cooling device, a sheath distal end portion at which an endoscope distal end portion is arranged, and that is connected to a distal end of the main body sheath, an observation hole formed at a middle part of a circumferential side portion of the sheath distal end portion, and configured to expose an observation window of the endoscope distal end portion to allow observation of an object, and an exhaust hole formed in the circumferential side portion of the sheath distal end portion, on a distal end side with respect to the observation hole, and configured to discharge the cooling fluid in a direction different from an observation direction of the endoscope apparatus.
