Abstract: An air recovery system, comprising: a) a water source that is capable to delivering a water source to the atmospheric tank. b). an atmospheric tank assembly that provides a heat exchanger to heat the water source inside the copper tubing and condenses the hot water vapor back into water. c) Two vacuum tank assemblies that receives hot water and under both a vacuum pressure and a temperature provides hot water vapor. d). Two CP-150 CLAWVAC vacuum pumps that remove the hot water vapor for the respective vacuum tanks. e). The water purification CP-150 CLAWVAC vacuum pump delivers the hot water vapor to the atmospheric tank and provides water. f).The air recovery vacuum tank assembly delivers the hot water vapor to the atmosphere. g).Both vacuum tank assemblies are connected to a solar water collector. H).Both vacuum tank assemblies are connected to a salt recovery system. i).The portable brine tank container connects to the water purification salt recovery system. Both the water purification and the air recovery systems use the atmospheric tank that connects to the clean tank assembly and UN-Compliant tank (transferable stowage water tank).

Abstract: An electromagnetic jack assembly. The jack has a first inner jack member having vertical walls, configured to slide within the base, the first inner jack member being nested within the base and having at least two walls connected to respective inside faces of the vertical walls of the base; a first linear magnetic drive assembly, comprising: a magnetic coil; and a magnet track, mounted on the base and the magnetic coil mounted on the first inner jack member or vice versa. Abstract: An electromagnetic actuator assembly for moving heavy loads and running on electromagnetic energy has at least one piston providing movement of heavy loads. Two pairs of THK linear rails controls the electromagnetic actuator assembly. A pair of drive motor coil assemblies provides a force to the two pairs of THK linear rails. A foundation houses an internal tube that contains a plurality of cables. A housing mount weldment connects the plurality of cables to a pair of electrical connections of the pair of drive motor coil assemblies, and allows the plurality of cables to extend when traveling back and forth inside the internal tube. The housing mount weldment has a plurality of openings for access to the plurality of cables. An exposed linear encoder runs along the at least one piston, comprising at least one scale providing positional feedback of the at least one piston.

Abstract: A portable sputtering apparatus for repairing the damaged surface on aircrafts comprises: a cylindrical chamber, having a top chamber plate and a bottom chamber plate. The cylindrical chamber comprises a welded flange for attachment to a high vacuum system and a first tube and flange assembly for attachment to an inert gas bottle. The top chamber plate comprises a cathode housing, comprising a cathode coated with the material to be sputtered onto the surface of the aircraft, and a second tube and flange assembly for discharge of pressure within the chamber. The bottom chamber plate comprises a second housing that attaches to the surface of an aircraft. Within the second housing is a metal sheet, having an aperture that allows sputtered material to flow onto the surface of the aircraft. The material to be sputtered may be carbon composite or copper.
