摘要: A pulse welding period includes a first peak period for supplying a first peak current to a welding wire, a first base period for supplying a base current smaller than the first peak current to the welding wire, a second peak period for supplying a second peak current to the welding wire after alternately repeating the first peak period and the first base period (n−1) times (n is an integer equal to or larger than 2), and a second base period for supplying the base current to the welding wire. The second peak current is larger than the first peak current, and droplets are transferred from the welding wire during the second peak period or the second base period.

摘要: In arc welding, determining a current value to be high in an early stage of the arc period is effective in reducing spatters caused by feeble short circuit in the arc period. In that case, to sharply decrease the voltage that has increased with increase in current, an inductance value of a reactor has to be kept small. However, a small inductance value causes a problem—weakness against disturbance. The present invention provides an arc welding control method that performs arc welding while repeating the short-circuit period and the arc period. According to the method, changing an inductance value relating to welding output in the arc period offers stable arc welding with fewer spatters and insusceptibility to disturbance.

摘要: A laser welding device includes a welding head configured to emit a laser beam to a working point, a shield gas supplying nozzle configured to supply shield gas to the working point, and a high-speed air supplying nozzle configured to supply a high-speed air stream between the shield gas supplying nozzle and the welding head, the high-speed air stream having a flow rate that is larger than a flow rate of the shield gas, and being supplied in a horizontal direction directly above the shield gas supplied to the working point, or in a direction orthogonal to an emission direction of the laser beam. The high-speed air supplying nozzle is disposed in a range from 80 mm to 200 mm, both inclusive, above the working point, or in a range equal to or lower than a half of a working distance between an emission surface of the laser beam of the welding head and the working point, and supplies the high-speed air stream in a belt shape.

摘要: A laser welding method of the present disclosure includes the step of irradiating a workpiece with a laser beam in a helical shape along a weld part of the workpiece. The helical shape is a combination of a circular trajectory in which a laser beam is moved circularly, and a movement trajectory in which the laser beam is moved in a proceeding direction along the weld part. Furthermore, first energy of the laser beam moving so as to have a component of the proceeding direction in the circular trajectory is larger than second energy of the laser beam moving so as to have a component of an opposite direction to the proceeding direction in the circular trajectory.

摘要: A laser welding method of the present disclosure has a first step and a second step. In the first step, a first workpiece and a second workpiece are overlaid in a first machining region. In the second step, the first workpiece and the second workpiece are irradiated with laser beam in the first machining region while the laser beam is moved in a spiral path. Moreover, in the second step, the first workpiece and the second workpiece are melted by irradiation of the laser beam to form a liquid phase portion. Furthermore, in the second step, the laser beam is moved so that the liquid phase portion is not irradiated with the laser beam again.
