摘要: An electronic device comprises a first communicating unit wirelessly communicating with the other electronic device and a controller establishing wireless communication with the other electronic device through the first communicating unit by using setting information. The controller permits the other electronic device to remotely control the operation of the electronic device within a first range if the setting information used for establishing the communication is information not-temporarily issued (for example, a permanent SSID, a permanent PW). The controller permits the other electronic device to remotely control the operation of the electronic device within a second range limited as compared to the first range if the setting information used for establishing the communication is information temporarily issued (for example, a temporary SSID, a temporary PW).

摘要: An imaging apparatus of the disclosure includes a case, an imaging system that captures an object image and generates image data, a displaying unit that displays the image data, a detection sensor that detects the case having been held by a user, a power supply unit that supplies power to the imaging system, the displaying unit, and the detection sensor, and a power supply operation unit that selects turning on or off of supplying power. When the detection sensor detects the case having been held by the user, the power supply unit supplies power to the imaging system, but not to the displaying unit, which is referred to as a tentative startup state. In this state, when the power supply operation unit is turned on, the power supply unit supplies power to the displaying unit.

The controller sets a set value relating to the video capturing in each of a first video mode and a second video mode (photo/video mode), and automatically sets the set value relating to the video capturing in the second video mode to a set value more suitable for recording a still image than in the first video mode.
