摘要: The present invention discloses a process for refining Ganoderma spore polysacchoride. The process comprise the step of: Remove the impurity in the Ganoderma spores, warm water extraction, alcohol precipitation, separate precipitate, obtain the impure polysacchoride, adjust pH to 7.5-8.5, centrifuge to removal deposit, take out supernatent, add H2O2 to decolor, deproteined by sevag method, dialyses, alcohol precipitation, wash the precipitate, dry in the vacuum to get the pure Ganoderma spore polysacchoride.

摘要: An immersion lithographic apparatus is provided having a substrate table including a drain configured to receive immersion fluid which leaks into a gap between an edge of a substrate on the substrate table and an edge of a recess in which the substrate is located. A thermal conditioning system is provided to thermally condition at least the portion of the recess supporting the substrate by directing one or more jets of fluid onto a reverse side of the section supporting the substrate.

摘要: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes forming, above a substrate surface, a plurality of distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) layers to form a DBR; forming, above the DBR, a first light emitting diode (LED) configured to emit light; and forming, above the first LED, a first reflector having a higher reflectance than the DBR, such that the first reflector and the DBR define a first resonant cavity having a length effective to collimate a first wavelength of the light emitted by the first LED and propagate the collimated light of the first wavelength through the DBR.
