The system includes a first sensor module for providing a plurality of rotational rate signals, a second sensor module for providing a plurality of compensation signals, and a microcontroller module for processing the rotational rate signals and the compensation signals and sending the signals to a display for displaying attitude information, directional information, and turn coordinate information on a single screen simultaneously. In one embodiment, the first sensor module includes a plurality of rotational sensors made of piezoelectric elements. The piezoelectric elements are made from a single sheet of piezoelectric material so that the elements possess uniform characteristics, and are arranged to reduce systematic drift and random noise normally present in a rotational rate sensor. The sensors can be configured on a single multi-sensor chip.

    摘要: A weft thread clamp for a weft thread presenting lever is positively actuated to selectively open or close the clamp and thereby release or hold the weft thread respectively. To achieve this, a second clamp element is movable or deflectable relative to a first clamp element of the clamp. The movable second clamp element may be directly embodied as an actuator, or may be driven by an actuating motion provided by an actuator located remotely from the clamp on the lever. In the latter case, a motion transmission arrangement such as a sheathed push-pull cable or a rod linkage operatively connects the actuator to the movable second clamp element. The actuator may be a piezoelectric, electromagnetic, hybrid pneumatic-electric, or hybrid hydraulic-electric device, or an electric motor. The loom control unit is connected to the actuator for providing control signals thereto.

    摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide an amplifier including a gain control circuit having a gain measurement circuit as part of a feedback loop. The gain measurement circuit generates an attenuated output signal, based on the gain of the amplifier circuit, which is used to generate a gain control signal. One amplifier includes a first attenuator enabling primary compression and a second attenuator as part of a gain measurement circuit. In some cases the attenuation factors of the first and second attenuators may be proportional or substantially the same. In some embodiments one or more output stages (e.g., differential amplifiers) are provided to generate the gain control signal based on differential combinations of an audio output, the attenuated output signal, and a primary threshold signal. A ratio of the gains of the two or more comparing amplifiers can set a primary compression ratio in some cases.

    摘要: An arrangement for supplying air with a controlled pressure to the main weft insertion nozzles of an air jet loom includes a single servovalve connected between a pressurized air source, an air vent, and a pressure manifold, and individual shut-off valves respectively interposed in branch lines connected from the pressure manifold to the individual nozzles. A pressure sensor measures the actual pressure provided to the manifold. An electronic controller receives a pressure control signal and controls the servovalve responsive to any difference between the pressure control signal and the actual measured pressure signal. The arrangement is simple, economical, and rapidly reacting, to avoid the need of individual throttle valves or pressure regulators for the individual nozzles.
