摘要： The invention provides a process of converting shale oil fractions with the catalyst made by beginning the synthesis in the usual way and adding additional trivalent metal ion after crystallization is 20 to 90 percent complete and continuing the crystallization, whereby a zeolite having the same crystal structure throughout, but having different silica-to-alumina molar ratios in the inner core and outer shell is obtained.

摘要： A process for upgrading a hydrocarbon feedstock containing waxy components and having an end boiling point exceeding 650° F., which includes contacting the feedstock at superatmospheric hydrogen partial pressure with an isomerization dewaxing catalyst that includes ZSM-48 and contacting the feedstock with a hydrocracking catalyst to produce an upgraded product with a reduced wax content. Each catalyst is present in an amount sufficient to reduce the cloud point and the pour point of the feedstock at a conversion of greater than about 10%, and an overall distillate yield of greater than about 10% results from the process.

This material can be used as catalysts for dehydration, hydrotreating, hydrogenation, catalytic reforming, steam reforming, amination, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and Diels-Alder synthesis, etc.

摘要： An integrated process combines olefin epoxidation with production of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol for nylon. Cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol normally produced by the oxidation of cyclohexane, in which cyclohexyl hydroperoxide is generated and is removed or decomposed down stream. However, this invention utilizes the intermediate of cyclohexyl hydroperoxide as an oxidant for the olefin epoxidation and meanwhile generates a valuable product.
