摘要: The process of obtaining a polylactide-urethane copolymer is described which includes contacting an α, ω dihydroxyl polylactide prepolymer of general formula I wherein X is NH or O, R is an alkyl or an aryl group, n and n′ are integer numbers which are substantially the same and are in the range from 20 to 140, with a diisocyanate compound of general formula II O═C═N—R′—N═C═O wherein R′ is an alkyl or an aryl group and with an amine or an alcohol of general formula III R″X′]2 wherein R″ is an alkyl or an aryl group and X′ is NH2 or OH, and with the proviso that at least one of R or R″ is an aryl group.

摘要: A process for producing polylactide-urethane copolymers, which comprises the step of contacting a polylactide having terminal hydroxyl groups, produced by contacting at least one lactide monomer with a diol or diamine, with a diisocyanate compound optionally in the presence of a second diol or diamine in the presence of a catalytic system under polymerisation conditions characterised in that the polylactide and the polylactide-urethane copolymers are produced by reactive extrusion.

摘要: The invention concerns a method for purifying the dimeric cyclic esters of lactic (or glycolic) acid starting from a raw lactide (or glycolide) comprising impurities, the method consisting in: extractive and controlled crystallization of the raw lactide, in aqueous medium, controlling the geometry of the formed crystals and carrying out a separation of phases into lactide and impurities; separation of the resulting suspension of crystals, into a phase poor in lactide and loaded with impurities, and a wet cake rich in lactide crystals; drying the resulting wet cake; and recrystallization in melted medium of the resulting dried impure lactide and recuperating the purified lactide.

摘要: Method of polymerization for producing polylactic acid of configuration L or D, with number-average molecular weight between 60 000 and 200 000 having an insertion defect rate between 0 and 0.5 wt. % of polylactic acid and a racemization defect rate between 0 and 2.5 wt. % of polylactic acid, characterized in that the method is a bulk process comprising contacting, at a temperature between 170 and 200° C. and for a reaction time between 5 and 75 minutes, the corresponding lactide of stereochemical configuration L-L or D-D having an optical purity of L or D of at least 99.5 wt. % with at least one catalyst in the presence of an initiator to form poly-L-lactic acid or poly-D-lactic acid.

摘要: Continuous method for obtaining a lactic ester, characterised in that it comprises the following steps: a) esterification reaction of a composition comprising an alcohol in the presence of a composition comprising lactic acid in excess, b) extraction of a vapour phase from this reaction medium, containing lactic ester, alcohol, water and traces of lactic acid; c) distillation of the vapour phase obtained at step b) in order to recover the lactic ester, alcohol and water at the top; d) distillation of the fraction obtained at step c) in order to recover the purified lactic ester at the bottom.
