Abstract: In some aspects, a method of wireless communication includes receiving control information by a UE from a base station. The control information indicates one or more first frequency resources of a BWP that are associated with a first communication type and further indicates one or more second frequency resources of the BWP that are associated with a second communication type. The method further includes, based on a first data type of first data corresponding to the first communication type and further based on a second data type of second data corresponding to the second communication type, performing a wireless communication with the base station using the one or more first frequency resources to communicate the first data and using the one or more second frequency resources to communicate the second data.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for wireless communication. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) may generate an indication of a first doppler shift associated with the wireless communication device moving with reference to a first target base station (BS), obtain, from the serving BS, a handover command for conditional handover (CHO) (with the handover command including a first trigger for handover to the first target BS), and synchronize with the first target BS during CHO after the first trigger is met, wherein the first trigger is associated with the first doppler shift. In another aspect, a serving BS generates the handover command for CHO and provides the handover command to the UE. The UE is to synchronize with the first target BS during CHO after the first trigger associated with a first doppler shift is met.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink grant via downlink control signaling for a cell group. The UE may determine an uplink error rate for the cell group based on the downlink control signaling. The UE may identify a radio link failure condition for uplink based on the uplink error rate exceeding an uplink error rate threshold. The UE may transmit a radio link failure indication indicating that the radio link failure condition is based on the uplink error rate. The network may send a cell group reconfiguration message to the UE to release the cell group.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), a bandwidth size indication that indicates a respective bandwidth size configured for each operating configuration of a set of operating configurations supported at the UE. The UE may transmit, to the base station, a priority indication for at least one operating configuration of the set of operating configurations based on the bandwidth size indication. The priority indication may correspond to a bandwidth size of the at least one operating criterion satisfying one or more criteria for data traffic. The base station may transmit, to the UE, a configuration indication that indicates to communicate according to a first operating configuration of the set of operating configurations based on the priority indication. The UE may communicate the data traffic with the base station based on the first operating configuration.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a moving user equipment (UE) or an application operable in a wireless communications network and methods in which an apparatus for wireless communication is configured to adaptively adjust a barred time for the moving UE by obtaining a dynamic characteristic of the moving UE; adjusting the barred time associated with the moving UE based on the dynamic characteristic to yield an adjusted barred time; applying the adjusted barred time to a resource management protocol; and executing the resource management protocol in a first wireless network in accordance with the adjusted barred time to access a first cell in the first wireless network.
